Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は噴射ノズルの加工方法に関し、燃料供給に用いられる。噴射ノズルの耐久限界を高めるために、当該噴射ノズルの凹部を、レオペクシーあるいはダイラタントの特性を備える流体で満たすことを提案しており、レオペクシーあるいはダイラタントの特性を有する流体は自緊圧力を印加され、その結果噴射ノズルの凹部には、噴射ノズルの耐久限界を高めることのできる内圧が形成される。

Claims (5)
- 噴射ノズルの加工方法において、
燃料供給に用いられる、前記噴射ノズルの凹部は、レオペクシー流体あるいはダイラタント流体で満たされ、かつ該流体は、自緊圧力を印加され、その結果、前記噴射ノズルの前記凹部内には、前記噴射ノズルの耐久限界を高めるような内圧が形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記自緊圧力は、前記噴射ノズルの材料内に、該材料の降伏点以上かつ該材料の抗張力以下の応力が形成されるように、算定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記自緊圧力は、前記噴射ノズルが、燃料供給に用いられる前記凹部の領域において、少なくとも部分的に可塑的に成形され、かつ前記自緊圧力除去の後に、可塑的に成形された部分において、残留圧縮応力が残存するように、算定されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 重油で駆動される船舶用ディーゼル内燃機関のための噴射ノズルを加工するための、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法の使用法。
- 前記レオペクシー流体あるいはダイラタント流体は、該流体がまず低い圧力で前記噴射ノズルを通ってポンプで送られ、かつ噴射孔を侵食的に加工した後、前記流体が貫流するための圧力が自緊圧力にまで高められるようにして、付加的に、前記噴射ノズルの耐久限界を高めるために、かつ前記噴射ノズルの噴射孔を流体侵食によって丸み付けするためにも使用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法の使用法。
