Abstract
【解決手段】複数の電池20を積層してなる電池モジュール3と、電池20を冷却する冷却機構とを備えた電源装置であって、電池20から放出される熱を断熱する断熱部材70電池モジュール表面の一部に配設して、電源装置内の電池の温度ばらつきΔTを小さくする。

Claims (10)
- 複数の電池を積層してなる電池モジュールと、前記電池を冷却する冷却機構とを備えた電源装置であって、
前記電池から放出される熱を断熱する断熱部材を前記電池モジュール表面の一部に配設することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記断熱部材は、前記電池に接触させて配設していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源装置。
- 前記電池モジュールを収納している収納ケースは、前記冷却機構の動作によって発生する冷媒が出入りする流入口と排出口とを有しており、
前記流入口の近くに位置する前記電池に前記断熱部材を配設していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電源装置。 - 前記電池の間に配置されるセパレータと、前記電池モジュールの両端に配置されるエンドプレートとを設け、前記セパレータ及び前記エンドプレートは、前記流入口から流入した冷媒が通る冷却通路を有しており、前記断熱部材は、前記冷却通路の一部を塞いでいることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電源装置。
- 前記断熱部材を複数の前記電池に跨るように配設し、前記流入口から離れるにつれて、前記電池と前記断熱部材との接触面積を小さく或いは均一とすることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電源装置。
- 前記エンドプレートと前記電池モジュールとを狭着して固定するための連結具とを設け、前記断熱部材を前記エンドプレートもしくは前記連結具に固定することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電源装置。
- 前記エンドプレートと前記電池モジュールとを狭着して固定するための連結具とを設け、前記断熱部材を前記エンドプレート及び前記連結具に固定することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電源装置。
- 前記断熱部材と前記エンドプレートもしくは前記連結具との固定は、嵌合構造で固定していることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7記載の電源装置。
- 前記断熱部材と前記エンドプレート及び前記連結具との固定は、嵌合構造で固定していることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7記載の電源装置。
- 請求項1から9に記載の電源装置を備える車両。
