Abstract
【解決手段】図1においてアキュムレータ1の内部にバッフル2を設け、またバッフル2は金具3と少しでも重なりあう高さになるように設置させることでアキュムレータ1の剛性を増大させ、アキュレータへの振動を減衰させることで低騒音の圧縮機を提供することができる。

図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態における密閉型圧縮機を示すものである。
図2は、本発明の第2の形態における密閉型圧縮機を示すものであり、内管外周部とバ
ッフル内周部の固定を行わない構成を特徴としている。以下、その効果は実施の形態1と同様である。

Claims (6)
- アキュムレータの内部にバッフルを設け、そのバッフルは圧縮機を固定する金具と高さ方向に少しでも重なる位置に配置され、また冷媒ガスの通路となるアキュムレータ内管外周部とバッフル内周部もロウ付けなどによる溶接あるいは圧入によって固定されている密閉型圧縮機。
- 塩素を含まないHCFCやHFC等を冷媒とした請求項1記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 二酸化炭素やアンモニア等の自然冷媒を冷媒とした請求項1記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- アキュムレータの内部にバッフルを設け、そのバッフルは圧縮機を固定する金具と高さ方向に少しでも重なる位置に配置されており、冷媒ガスの通路となるアキュムレータ内管外周部とバッフル内周部は固定されていない密閉型圧縮機。
- 塩素を含まないHCFCやHFC等を冷媒とした請求項4記載の密閉型縮機。
- 二酸化炭素やアンモニア等の自然冷媒を冷媒とした請求項4記載の密閉型圧縮機。
