Abstract
【解決手段】照明モジュール1は、面状発光素子2と、面状発光素子2に給電するための配線基板3と、面状発光素子2の発光面上に設けられた光学シート4と、を備える。配線基板3は、面状発光素子2を収容する孔部8を有する。光学シート4は、配線基板3の孔部8に収容された面状発光素子2と配線基板3とが発光面側で面一となった状態で、面状発光素子2と配線基板3を保持する。また、面状発光素子2を覆うと共に、面状発光素子2と配線基板3との隙間も覆っている。照明モジュール1は、光学シート4が面状発光素子2と配線基板3を保持すると共に、モジュール内への埃や水分の侵入を阻止するので、筐体やパッキン等を備える必要がないことから、モジュールの薄型化が可能である。

Claims (2)
- 面状発光素子と、前記面状発光素子に給電するための配線パターンが形成された配線基板と、前記面状発光素子の発光面上に設けられた光学シートと、を備えた照明モジュールであって、
前記配線基板は、前記面状発光素子を収容する孔部を有し、
前記光学シートは、前記配線基板の孔部に収容された面状発光素子と前記配線基板とが発光面側で面一となった状態で、前記面状発光素子、及び前記面状発光素子と配線基板との隙間を覆っていることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 前記面状発光素子の素子電極と配線基板の配線パターンは、アルミニウム線で電気的に接続され、
前記アルミニウム線は、紫外線硬化樹脂で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
