【解決手段】一次巻線n1と二次巻線n2と三次巻線n3とリセット巻線nRとを有するトランスT1、直流電源Vdcの両端に接続されたスイッチS1とスイッチS2との直列回路、S1に並列に接続されたコンデンサCr1及びダイオードD1、S2に並列に接続されたCr2及びD2、Vdcの両端に接続されたn1とダイオードDn1との直列回路、Vdcの両端に接続されたnRとダイオードDRとの直列回路、S1とS2との接続点とn2とn3との接続点とに接続されたリアクトルLr、Vdcの一端とn2の一端とに接続されたスイッチS10、Vdcの他端とn3の一端とに接続されたスイッチS20、S1及びS2がゼロ電圧スイッチングとなるように、S1とS2とを交互にオンさせ、S10とS20とを交互にオンさせる制御回路10を備える。

Claims (4)
- 一次巻線と二次巻線と前記二次巻線に直列に接続された三次巻線と前記一次巻線に直列に接続されたリセット巻線とを有するトランスと、
直流電源の両端の間に接続され、第1スイッチと第2スイッチとからなる第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチに並列に接続された第1コンデンサ及び第1ダイオードと、前記第2スイッチに並列に接続された第2コンデンサ及び第2ダイオードと、
前記直流電源の両端の間に接続され、前記トランスの前記一次巻線と第3ダイオードとからなる第2直列回路と、
前記直流電源の両端の間に接続され、前記トランスの前記リセット巻線と第4ダイオードとからなる第3直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとの接続点と前記トランスの前記二次巻線と前記三次巻線との接続点との間に接続されたリアクトルと、
前記直流電源の一端と前記トランスの前記二次巻線の一端との間に接続された第1補助スイッチと、
前記直流電源の他端と前記トランスの前記三次巻線の一端との間に接続された第2補助スイッチと、
前記第1スイッチ及び前記第2スイッチがゼロ電圧スイッチングとなるように、前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとを交互にオンさせ、前記第1補助スイッチと前記第2補助スイッチとを交互にオンさせる制御回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする共振型電力変換装置。 - 前記第1補助スイッチは、第3スイッチと第5ダイオードとを直列に接続し、前記第2補助スイッチは、第4スイッチと第6ダイオードとを直列に接続した構成であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の共振型電力変換装置。
- 前記トランスの各巻線比は、
リセット巻線:一次巻線:二次巻線:三次巻線=2:2:1:1
であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の共振型電力変換装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の共振型電力変換装置を、ハーフブリッジ構成又は単相フルブリッジ構成又は3相フルブリッジ構成にして、負荷に交流電力を供給することを特徴とする共振型電力変換装置。
