Abstract
ドリルモードとインパクトモードを切り替えて使用することができるマルチユースのインパクト工具を提供する。
【解決手段】
ブラシレス式のモータと、モータに接続され相互に回転可能に軸支された打撃機構と、打撃機構の出力により先端工具を打撃するインパクト工具において、打撃機構は、打撃面を有するハンマと、被打撃面を有するアンビルを有し、ハンマとアンビルは相互に360度未満の相対回転が可能であり、モータを、正転の連続駆動(ドリルモード)、正転のみの断続駆動(パルスモード(1))、正転及び逆転の断続駆動(パスルモード(2))、の3つのモードのいずれかにて駆動することにより締め付けを行う。インパクト工具はドリル制御とインパクト制御の2つの制御レベルを有し、ドリル制御においては正転の連続駆動モードにてモータを駆動し、インパクト制御においては3つのモードのうち2つ以上の駆動モードを切り替えながらモータを駆動する。

Claims (17)
- ブラシレスモータと、該ブラシレスモータに接続され相互に回転可能に軸支された打撃機構と、該打撃機構の出力により先端工具を打撃するインパクト工具において、
前記打撃機構は、打撃面を有するハンマと、被打撃面を有するアンビルを有し、前記ハンマと前記アンビルは相互に360度未満の相対回転が可能であり、
前記ブラシレスモータを、正転の連続駆動、正転のみの断続駆動、正転及び逆転の断続駆動、の3つのモードにて駆動することにより締め付けを行うことを特徴とするインパクト工具。 - 前記インパクト工具は、ドリル制御とインパクト制御の2つの制御レベルを有し、
前記ドリル制御においては正転の連続駆動モードにて前記ブラシレスモータを駆動し、
前記インパクト制御においては前記3つうち2つ以上の駆動モードを切り替えながら前記ブラシレスモータを駆動する、
ことにより締め付けを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記ブラシレスモータに所定の駆動電流を供給するためのインバータ回路と、該インバータ回路の駆動制御を行う制御部を設け、
前記制御部が前記ブラシレスモータの回転方向及び回転速度を制御することにより前記3つの駆動モードを実行させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記ブラシレスモータの断続駆動モードは、前記インバータ回路をパルス制御することにより行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記インパクト制御において、負荷が軽いうちは前記連続駆動モードにて締め付けを行い、負荷が重くなったら断続駆動モードにて締め付けを行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記ブラシレスモータの正転のみの断続駆動モードにおいて、負荷がさらに重くなったら前記ブラシレスモータの正転と逆転を繰り返す断続駆動モードに切り替えて締め付けを行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記駆動モードの移行は、前記ブラシレスモータに流れる電流値、又は、前記ブラシレスモータの回転速度の変化、又は前記打撃機構の出力軸に発生する衝撃トルク値を用いて前記制御部が行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記正転及び逆転の断続駆動モードにおいては、前記ブラシレスモータを所定の逆方向回転速度になるまで逆転させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記ブラシレスモータに流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路を設け、
前記ドリル制御において、検出された電流値が所定の電流閾値以上になった場合に、前記制御部は前記ブラシレスモータを停止させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記ドリル制御と前記インパクト制御を切り替える切替ダイヤルを設け、
前記ドリル制御において、モータの回転を停止させるトルク値を設定するための複数段の設定位置を前記切替ダイヤルに設けたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のインパクト工具。 - ブラシレスモータと、該ブラシレスモータに接続され相互に回転可能に軸支された打撃機構と、該打撃機構の出力により先端工具を打撃するインパクト工具において、
前記打撃機構は、打撃面を有するハンマと、被打撃面を有するアンビルを有し、前記ハンマと前記アンビルは相互に360度未満の相対回転が可能であり、
前記ブラシレスモータの制御モードとして、第1の断続駆動モードと、前記第1の断続駆動モードとは制御の異なる第2の断続駆動モードを用いて締め付けを行うことを特徴とするインパクト工具。 - 前記第1の断続駆動モードでは前記ブラシレスモータの正転のみの断続駆動を行い、
前記第2の断続駆動モードでは前記ブラシレスモータの正転及び逆転の断続駆動を行い、
前記第1の断続駆動モードから第2の断続駆動モードに切り替えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記、第1の断続駆動モードから第2の断続駆動モードへの切り替えは、一つの締め付け作業中に行われることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記第1の断続駆動モードにおける前記ハンマの前記アンビルに対する打撃力は、前記第2の断続駆動モードにおける打撃力よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記第1の断続駆動モードにおける前記ハンマの打撃速度は、前記第2の断続駆動モードにおける打撃速度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記第1の断続駆動モードにおける前記ハンマの回転速度は、前記第2の断続駆動モードにおける回転速度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項11から15のいずれか一項に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記ブラシレスモータに所定の駆動電流を供給するためのインバータ回路と、該インバータ回路の駆動制御を行う制御部を設け、
前記制御部は、前記第1の断続駆動モードにおいては前記第2の断続駆動モードよりも、前記ブラシレスモータを正回転させるために前記インバータ回路に供給される駆動パルスの供給時間、振幅、または実効値が小さいことを特徴とする請求項11から16のいずれか一項に記載のインパクト工具。
