Abstract
【解決手段】アルファ−1−アンチトリプシン(AAT)を含む医薬組成物を提供することによる。

Description
1.少なくとも6ヶ月間の継続的な肉体的及び精神的疲労、又は断続的な特徴を有する肉体的及び精神的疲労であって、新たに又は明確に発症し、最近の取り組みから生じたものではなく、休息によっては緩和されず、そして活動により悪化し、そして患者の以前の日中活動レベルを実質的に低下させる疲労であり、最終的に患者が克服できない疲労。
2.慢性疲労を潜在的に引き起こす可能性のある他の疾患、例えば内分泌疾患、感染疾患、新生物疾患及び/又は精神疾患を除外する。
以下の小基準のうちの4以上が、同時に存在し、疲労感が生じた後にその全てが6ヶ月以上持続すること。
・集中力の低下、又は短期間記憶の低下
・嚥下痛
・疼痛を伴う頸部又は腋窩リンパ節腫脹
・筋肉痛
・炎症兆候を伴わない多発関節痛
・最近始まり、通常の頭痛とは異なる特徴を有する頭痛
・眠っても疲れがとれない
・運動後24時間以上持続する倦怠感
1)3ヶ月にわたり持続する全身疼痛が存在すること
2)「圧痛点」として知られている特定の18カ所のうち少なくとも11において、約4kgの指圧に対して異常な感受性を有すること。FMを患う患者は疼痛の他に、以下の症状のうちの幾つかを経験する:睡眠障害、炎症性腸疾患、関節強直及びコリ、頭痛又は顔面痛、腹部疼痛、神経性膀胱炎、知覚障害、しびれ又はそう痒、胸部疼痛、及び肋軟骨炎(あばら骨が胸骨に結合する場所における筋肉痛)、目眩及び嘔吐など。症状は、変動する傾向があり、そして必ずしも同時に生じるわけではない。
Claims (4)
- 治療形態のアルファ−1−アンチトリプシン又は誘導体を含み、かつヒトに投与できる慢性疲労症候群の治療のための医薬の製造のためのアルファ−1−アンチトリプシンの使用。
- 1〜31日の頻度で、体重1kgあたり6mg以上の用量のアルファ−1−アンチトリプシンを得るために十分なアルファ−1−アンチトリプシン含量を有する血漿又は他の治療形態の使用を含む、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記アルファ−1−アンチトリプシンが、ヒト血漿から精製される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記アルファ−1−アンチトリプシン、又はそのアミノ酸配列の部分配列を含む分子が、合成、トランスジェニック、又は組換え技術により製造される、請求項1に記載の使用。
