Abstract
Description
方法1:混合
Brabender OHG(ドイツ、デュースブルグ(Duisburg))製のBrabender mixer(約60グラムを収容する)又はLinden Maschinenfabrik(ドイツ、マリエンハイデン(Marienheiden))製のHerrmann Linden LK II 0,5(約600グラムを収容する)内で接着剤を混ぜ合わせた。ミキサー中のチャンバ温度は約120℃であり、接着剤は50〜60rpmで混ぜ合わせた。
場合によっては、例えば、Levapren VPKA8857を用いるとき、予め架橋されているEVAの機械的分解を実施することが必要であった。冷Hermann Linden LK II 0,5ミキサー中でポリマーを約10時間混合し、ポリマー鎖を機械的に破壊した。加熱システムのスイッチを入れず、混合速度を低く、約20rpmに維持して、ポリマーに対する最適な機械的作用を確保することに留意するのが重要である。ポリマーの破壊の次に、処理されたポリマーの熱成形フィルムの目視検査を行なった。残っているポリマーゲル−塊がほんの少量になるまで、機械的処理を続けた。
約1キロのポリマーをプラスチックバッグに入れた。バッグを密封し、ガンマ線供給業者、例えば、BGS Beta−Gamma Service(ドイツ、ヴィール(Wiehl))に送った。ポリマーに特定のガンマ線量、例えば、30kGyを照射した。ガンマ照射はポリマーの分子量を増加させる。ポリマーが戻ってきたら、油と混合して、上記のような予混合物を得た。
MVTRは、反転カップ法(inverted cup method)を用いて、24時間にわたってグラム/平方メートル(g/m2)で測定した。
1/P(測定)=1/P(フィルム)+1/P(接着剤)
として表すことができる。
P(接着剤)=d(接着剤)/150マイクロメートル×1/(1/P(測定)−1/P(フィルム))
(式中、d(接着剤)は実際に測定した接着剤の厚さであり、P(フィルム)は接着剤無しのフィルムのMVTRであり、P(測定)は実際に測定したMVTRであった)
を用いて接着剤(P(接着剤))の真の浸透性を算出することが可能であった。
引き剥がし損傷モードは、皮膚から好適な試料を剥がすことにより決定した。
G’及びtan(δ)のパラメータを以下のように測定した。接着剤を厚さ1mmのプレートに押しつけた。直径25mmの円形試料を切り抜き、Thermo Electron社製のRheoStress RS600レオメータに入れた。適用した形状は平行な25mmのプレートであり、変形を1%に固定して、測定値が線形状態になることを確保した。測定は32℃で行った。
[実施例1]様々なEVAポリマーの浸透性
約100℃で温間プレスした原料ポリマーを熱成形することによりフィルムを調製し、MVTRを測定した(方法4)。
方法1、2及び3に従って以下の接着剤を熱溶融混合した。引き剥がし損傷モードを方法5に従って決定した。
4種の接着剤を、方法1、2及び3に従って配合した。
以下の表は、本発明並びに方法1、2及び3に従って調製した接着剤組成物の例を示す。
Claims (31)
- 最終接着剤の10%(w/w)を超える含有量の極性可塑化油又は極性可塑化油の組み合わせ、及び少なくとも1つの極性ポリエチレンコポリマーを含む感圧性で熱溶融加工可能な接着剤組成物であって、前記ポリエチレンコポリマーの含有量が最終接着剤の10〜50%(w/w)であり、前記ポリエチレンコポリマーが2g/10分を下回るメルトフローインデックス(190℃/21.1N)を有する、感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 最終接着剤の10%(w/w)を超える含有量の極性可塑化油又は極性可塑化油の組み合わせ、及び少なくとも1つの極性ポリエチレンコポリマーを混合することにより形成される感圧性で熱溶融加工可能な接着剤組成物であって、前記ポリエチレンコポリマーの含有量が最終接着剤の10〜50%(w/w)であり、前記ポリエチレンコポリマーが2g/10分を下回るメルトフローインデックス(190℃/21.1N)を有する、感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 連続型の前記最終接着剤が、MVTR試験法に従って測定したとき、150μmの接着シートに対して少なくとも100g/m2/日の水蒸気透過速度を呈する、請求項1又は2に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性ポリエチレンコポリマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニル、エチレン酢酸ビニル一酸化炭素、エチレン酢酸ブチル、エチレンビニルアルコール、エチレンアクリル酸ブチル、エチレンアクリル酸ブチル一酸化炭素、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性ポリエチレンコポリマーがエチレン酢酸ビニルである、請求項4に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記エチレン酢酸ビニルが、少なくとも40%(w/w)の酢酸ビニル含有量、好ましくは40〜80%(w/w)の酢酸ビニル含有量を有する、請求項5に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性ポリエチレンコポリマーの含有量が、最終接着剤の10〜45%(w/w)、好ましくは15〜30%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性ポリエチレンコポリマーが250000g/モルを上回る分子量を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性可塑化油が、液体ロジン誘導体、芳香族オレフィンオリゴマー、植物及び動物油並びに誘導体の群から選択され、好ましい極性油がエステル、エーテル及びグリコールであり、特に好ましいのが、アルファ−ブトキシ−ポリオキシプロピレンのようなポリプロピレンオキシドである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性可塑化油の含有量が、最終接着剤の20〜70%(w/w)、好ましくは40〜60%である、請求項9に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物がMFI>2(190℃/21.1N)のポリマーを更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が、天然、変性又は合成樹脂のような粘着付与樹脂、好ましくはロジンエステル及びその誘導体、又は純芳香族モノマー樹脂のような極性樹脂を更に含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着付与樹脂の含有量が、最終接着剤の0.1〜40%(w/w)、好ましくは10〜20%である、請求項12に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が、鉱物油、クエン酸塩油、パラフィン油、フタル酸エステル、アジピン酸エステル(例えば、DOA)、及び液体又は固体樹脂の群から選択される追加の可塑剤を更に含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物がポリエチレンワックスを更に含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が、抗酸化剤、安定剤、充填剤、顔料、流れ調整剤、及び活性成分の群から選択される他の成分を更に含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記他の成分が極性活性成分である、請求項16に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が、親水性コロイドのような吸収性粒子を更に含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 親水性コロイドの量が、全組成物の50%w/wを下回る、請求項18に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が塩を更に含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水溶性無機塩が、NaCl、CaCl2、K2SO4、NaHCO3、Na2CO3、KCl、NaBr、NaI、KI、NH4Cl、AICl3及びこれらの混合物の群から選択され、好ましくはNaClである、請求項20に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。

- 前記構造体が、水吸収性接着剤の少なくとも1つの層を更に含む、請求項24に記載の層状接着剤構造体。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物の層が、水吸収性接着剤の層と皮膚との間に存在する、請求項25に記載の層状接着剤構造体。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物及び裏材層を含む、医療装置。
- 前記裏材層が非蒸気浸透性である、請求項27に記載の医療装置。
- 前記裏材層が水蒸気浸透性であり、500g/m2/24時間を上回る水蒸気透過速度を有する、請求項27に記載の医療装置。
