Claims (12)
- 取付位置の地面に導入される複数の支柱に太陽モジュール/ソーラーパネルを取り付けるための装置であって、該支柱の上部又は支柱に接続可能な支持体が、導入された支柱の垂線からの逸脱に対して垂直方向の補償及び/又は横方向の補償を可能にする留付手段によって配置され、該留付手段が、
−前記支柱(2)に接続可能なレール(3)、
−支持体(5)用の、少なくとも1つのコネクタ(8)を備えたT形、L形又はU形の接続フランジ(4)、及び
−前記レール(3)と前記接続フランジ(4)との間の接続を可能にするロッカー支承(6)
を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記レール(3)が、前記支柱(2)から遠い方にある上端部において前記ロッカー支承(6)の外環用の座部を有し、該座部に挿入されているロッカー支承(6)の内環が、前記接続フランジに接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接続フランジ(4)の脚又はウェブが前記ロッカー支承(6)の外環用の座部を有し、該座部に挿入されているロッカー支承(6)の内環が前記レール(3)に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記T形の接続フランジ(4)が2つのウェブ(4.2、4.3)を有する二股のフランジとして設計されており、該ウェブ(4.2、4.3)の各々が前記レールの面上で前記ロッカー支承(6)の前記内環上に達し、好ましくは螺子−ボルト接続部材によって内環に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ロッカー支承(6)が、前記内環と前記外環との間に球形に湾曲した滑動対を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記レール(3)が、前記支柱(2)に接続される第一部分レール(3.1)と、前記接続フランジ(4)に接続される第二部分レール(3.2)とに分割され、これら2つの部分レールが相互に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支柱(2)に接続される前記第一部分レール(3.1)と前記接続フランジ(4)に接続される前記第二部分レール(3.2)との接続が、接続を行っている間に少なくともある程度の自由度を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記支柱(2)に接続される前記レール(3)又は前記第一部分レール(3.1)が、垂直方向の位置を調節可能に該支柱(2)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支柱(2)に接続される前記レール(3)又は前記第一部分レール(3.1)が、中空の形鋼及び/又は外側に突き出した長手方向の2本のウェブ若しくは長手方向に延びる2つの凹部(9)を外部に有する形鋼として設計されており、該レール又は第一部分レールを前記支柱(2)又は支柱(2)の一部の上、及び/又は内部へとスライドさせることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接続フランジ(4)に接続される前記第二部分レール(3.2)が、前記支柱(2)に接続される前記第一部分レール(3.1)の中空の形鋼内に挿入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタ(8)が、前記接続フランジ(4)のL形形鋼における接続されていない方のウェブ、又は前記接続フランジのT形形鋼の頭部横梁(4.1)に穿設された、1又は複数の孔を有してなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の支柱(2)が二列に配置され、各支持体(5)が南北に延在し、各列の支柱に接続された前記支持体(5)が、前記列間に掛け渡される複数の切れ目のない支持部材によって相互に連結され、該支持部材上に太陽モジュールを配設することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
