- 少なくとも1つのバーナー(2)を平坦に配列した金属ストリップ鋳造装置の分配部(5)を暖め、乾燥、及び/又は、温度維持するためのバーナー配列(1)において、
前記バーナー(2)が、細孔バーナー(10)として構成されていることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1に記載のバーナー配列において、
細孔バーナー(10)は、細孔バーナーセグメント(11、12、13)を備えることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項2に記載のバーナー配列において、
細孔バーナー(10)の細孔バーナーセグメント(11、12、13)は、平坦に列をなして、又は、列をなして配置されていることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列において、
細孔バーナー(10)の細孔バーナーセグメント(11、12、13)は、引き込み路(14、15)を用いて、燃料及び/又は酸素キャリアを供給することを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列において、
少なくとも1つの引き込み路(14、15)は、共通の引き込み路を介して、燃料及び/又は酸素キャリアを供給することを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列において、
送風機(6)が、酸素キャリアの供給のために、引き込み路(14、15)上に設けられることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列において、
細孔バーナー配列(10)が、関節を用いて旋廻可能である旋廻アーム(3)に備えられていることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列において、
送風機(6)が、旋廻アーム(3)に備えられ、かつ、
送風機(6)が、旋廻可能に配置されていることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列の制御のための方法において、
増加した熱強度又は火力に依存して、細孔バーナーセグメント(11、12、13)は、スイッチが切られ、及び/又は、スイッチが入ることを特徴とするバーナー配列。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載のバーナー配列の制御のための方法において、
セグメント(11、12、13)は、スイッチが切られ、又は、スイッチが入れられ、
これらのセグメントは、少なくとも交互に列で配置され、又は、格子模様に配置されていることを特徴とするバーナー配列。
