Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つのバーナ(2)が平坦に配列されている連続鋳造設備のタンディシュ(5)を加熱したり、乾燥したり或いは保温状態を維持するためのバーナ設備(1)において、
バーナ(2)が多孔バーナ(10)として形成されており、この多孔バーナ(10)が多孔バーナセグメント(11,12,13)を備えていて、これらの多孔バーナセグメント(11,12,13)のそれぞれに供給管路(14,15)により燃料及び/又は酸素キャリアが供給され、かつ供給管路(14,15)の少なくとも幾つかに共通の供給導管を介して燃料及び/又は酸素キャリアが供給されるように構成されており、更に供給導管を介して酸素キャリアを供給するための送風機(6)が設けられており、多孔バーナセグメントが互いに無関係にその作動が接続及び/又は遮断可能であるように構成されていること、
および
多孔バーナ(10)と送風機(6)が旋回アーム(3)によって保持されていて、この旋回アームがリンク機構により旋回可能に保持枠(3)に設けられている
ことを特徴とするバーナ設備。 - 多孔バーナ(10)の多孔バーナセグメント(11,12,13)が一列で或いは複数の列で平坦に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーナ設備。
- 請求項1或いは2に記載のバーナ設備を制御する方法において、
所望の加熱強度もしくは発熱量に応じて、多孔バーナセグメント(11,12,13)の作動を互いに無関係に接続及び/又は遮断することを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも交互に複数の列で或いは碁盤目模様に設けられたている多孔バーナセグメント(11,12,13)の作動を接続或いは遮断することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
