Claims (17)
- ゼラチン材料から成る繊維を含む不織繊維布帛であって、
前記繊維の厚さが、平均1〜500μmであり、そして
前記不織繊維布帛が、2本又は3本以上の繊維が、相境界なくお互いに融合された複数の領域を有する、
前記不織繊維布帛。 - 前記繊維のゼラチン材料の60重量%以上が、無定形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織繊維布帛。
- 乾燥状態における前記不織繊維布帛の特定の面密度140〜180g/m2において、引裂き抵抗が、0.15N/mm2であり、そして含水した不織繊維布の破断伸びが、150%以上、特に200%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の不織繊維布帛。
- 前記不織繊維布帛が、異なる平均繊維厚さを有する2本又は3本以上の繊維部分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛。
- 前記不織繊維布帛が、前記ゼラチン材料と異なる追加の材料から形成された少なくとも1種の追加の種類の繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛。
- 前記追加の材料が、キトサン、カラギーナン、アルギネート、ペクチン、でん粉及びでん粉誘導体、再生セルロース、酸化セルロース及びセルロース誘導体、例えば、CMC、HPMC、HEC及びMC、ゼラチン誘導体、特に、ゼラチンテレフタレート、ゼラチンカルバメート、ゼラチンスクシネート、ゼラチンドデシルスクシネート、ゼラチンアクリレート、並びにゼラチンコポリマー、例えば、ゼラチンポリラクチド共役体から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の不織繊維布帛。
- 1又は2以上の層を有する平坦材料であって、
前記層の少なくとも1つが、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛を含む、
前記平坦材料。 - 第1の層が、第1の平均厚さを有する繊維の不織繊維布帛を含み、そして第2の層が、第2の平均厚さを有する繊維の不織繊維布帛を含み、第2の平均厚さが、第1の平均厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の平坦材料。
- 前記不織繊維布帛と平行に広がる膜を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の平坦材料。
- 生体細胞、特に、軟骨細胞又は繊維芽細胞を有する前記不織繊維布帛が、コロニー化されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の平坦材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛、又は請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の平坦材料の、細胞コロニー形成材料としての使用。
- 食品用の前駆体としての、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛の使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛、又は請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の平坦材料の、持続性薬剤の製造のための使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛、又は請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の平坦材料の、医薬物質用のキャリアとしての使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織繊維布帛を製造するための方法であって、
次の各ステップ;
(a)ゼラチン材料を含む水性紡糸溶液を準備するステップ;
(b)前記紡糸溶液を、紡糸温度まで加熱するステップ;
(c)加熱された紡糸溶液を、紡糸ローターを有する紡糸デバイス内で処理するステップ:
を含む前記方法。 - 前記紡糸溶液が、約10〜約40重量%の範囲のゼラチンの割合を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 異なる平均厚さを有する繊維が生ずるように、大きさの異なる紡糸開口部を有する紡糸ローターが用いられることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
