Claims (4)

  1. 活性材料、
    粉末状グラファイト、及び
    結合剤、
    を含む複合体であって、前記グラファイトの量が前記活性材料及び前記グラファイトの総体積の20体積パーセントを超え、
    前記結合剤がリチウムポリアクリレートであり、並びに、
    前記複合体の気孔率が20%未満である、電極。
  2. 活性材料、
    粉末状グラファイト、及び
    結合剤、
    を含む複合体であって、前記グラファイトの量が前記活性材料及び前記グラファイトの総体積の20体積パーセントを超え、
    前記活性材料が合金を含み、
    前記複合体の気孔率が20%未満であり、並びに、
    前記合金が、50〜85モル・パーセントのケイ素、5〜12モル・パーセントの鉄、5〜12モル・パーセントのチタン、及び5〜12モル・パーセントの炭素を含む、電極。
  3. 請求項1又は2に記載の電極、並びに、
    a)構造

    を有するビニレンカーボネート、又は
    b)構造
    Figure 2010519706
    (式中、RはHであるか又は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル若しくはアルケニル基であり、XはH、F、又はClであり、並びに、YはF又はClであるか又は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル若しくはアルケニル基である)を有するエチレンカーボネートの少なくとも1つを含む電解質を含む、電気化学セル。
  4. 活性材料、結合剤、及び粉末状グラファイトを混合して複合体を形成する工程と、
    前記複合体を圧縮して圧縮された複合体を形成する工程と、
    を含む電極の製造方法であって、
    前記活性材料が合金を含み、
    前記複合体中の前記グラファイトの量が前記活性材料及び前記グラファイトの総体積の20体積パーセントを超え、
    前記圧縮された複合体の気孔率が20%未満であり、並びに、
    前記合金が、50〜85モル・パーセントのケイ素、5〜12モル・パーセントの鉄、5〜12モル・パーセントのチタン、及び5〜12モル・パーセントの炭素を含む、電極の製造方法。
