  1. グラファイト構造を有する炭素材料を活物質として用い、溶媒と支持電解質とを含む電解液を備えた電気化学デバイスであって、
    前記溶媒は、BFに環状エーテルが配位したBF−環状エーテル錯体を主成分とする、電気化学デバイス
  2. 前記環状エーテルは:
    置換基を有してもよいテトラヒドロフラン;および、
    置換基を有してもよいテトラヒドロピラン;
    から選択される一種または二種以上である、請求項1に記載の電気化学デバイス
  3. 前記環状エーテルは、テトラヒドロピランである、請求項2に記載の電気化学デバイス
  4. 前記環状エーテルは、2−メチルテトラヒドロフランである、請求項2に記載の電気化学デバイス
  5. 前記支持電解質はリチウム塩であり、リチウム二次電池として構成されている、請求項1からのいずれか一項に記載の電気化学デバイス
