Claims (9)
- 液圧負荷(2)を駆動制御するためのエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置であって、
変位体積が調整可能である流体ポンプ(10)と、
前記流体ポンプを駆動するために該流体ポンプに結合された、可変回転数の電気的駆動装置(12,14)と、
流体圧を検出するための圧力検出装置(16,21)
とを有するエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置において、
前記流体圧および/または後置された調整量を検出および制御するための主制御回路(20,14,12,10,2,6,7;32)が設けられており、
前記主制御回路(20,14,12,10,2,6,7;32)の調整エレメントは、前記電気的駆動装置(12,14)の回転数調整エレメント(14)であり、
副調整チェーン(22;30;40)によって、前記流体ポンプ(10)の変位体積調整エレメント(23)が、検出された前記流体圧に依存して駆動制御されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、エレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。 - 前記変位体積調整エレメント(23)の変位は前記副調整チェーン(22)によって、前記主制御回路(20,14,12,10,2,6,7)による妨害量補償制御の形式に応じて補償されるように構成されている、請求項1記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
- 前記主制御回路(20,14,12,10,2,6,7)によって、前記液圧負荷(2)の交番的な圧力/速度制御が実施されるように構成されている、請求項2記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
- 前記副調整チェーン(30;40)は所属の圧力目標値に応じて、圧力制御のために前記変位体積調整エレメント(23)を調整し、前記液圧負荷(2)を交番的な圧力/速度制御するように前記主制御回路(32)と副調整チェーン(30,40)とが共働するように構成されている、請求項1記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
- 圧力制限モードでは、前記回転数調整エレメント(14)に所定の低減された回転数値が供給され、
速度制限モードでは、前記変位体積調整エレメント(23)は最大値に設定される、請求項4記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。 - 前記副調整チェーン(22)は圧力切換制御器を有し、とりわけ、前記流体ポンプ(10)の変位体積を所定の圧力値(PS)に依存して所定の最小値と最大値とに切り換えるための2点制御器を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
- 前記副調整チェーン(30;40)は、前記変位体積調整エレメント(23)を所定の圧力目標値に依存して比例的に駆動制御する圧力制御器を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
- 前記副調整チェーン(30)は、前記液圧負荷の圧力の流体力学的フィードバック部(21)を有する、請求項6または7記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
- 前記副調整チェーン(40)は、前記液圧負荷の圧力の電子的フィードバック部(21)を有する、請求項6または7記載のエレクトロハイドロリック制御装置。
