Abstract
【解決手段】2成分系エポキシおよび熱硬化性樹脂の粒子を含む充填剤を含む滑り止め被覆剤が、デッキおよび床用、特に航空母艦飛行甲板用の、耐久性で、低質量の、低研磨性被覆剤を与える。この被覆剤は更に、現行のアルミニウムを主体とする滑り止めの被覆剤よりも、少ない重金属含有量を有するという利点を有している。

Claims (22)
- 2成分系エポキシおよび熱硬化性樹脂の粒子を含む充填剤を含む、滑り止め被覆剤用の組成物。
- 熱硬化性樹脂がポリカーボネート樹脂である請求項1記載の組成物。
- アルミニウムを主体とする粒子を含む充填剤を同等の充填量で有する組成物よりも少ない重金属含有量を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- アルミニウムを主体とする粒子を含む充填剤を同等の充填量で有する組成物よりも約15%〜約30%小さい密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の植物由来の凝集体を更に含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 植物由来の凝集体が磨砕した堅実の殻を含む、請求項5記載の組成物。
- 植物由来の凝集体が更にシリカを含まない土質無機物を含む、請求項5記載の組成物。
- シリカを含まない土質無機物が約3〜約7のモース硬度を有する、請求項7記載の組成物。
- シリカを含まない土質無機物が霞石閃長岩を含む、請求項7記載の組成物。
- 実質的に水平な床表面、および該床表面を少なくとも部分的に覆う滑り止め被覆剤組成物を含む滑り止め床であって、該被覆剤組成物は2成分系のエポキシおよび熱硬化性樹脂の粒子を含む充填剤を含んでいる、床。
- 熱硬化性樹脂がポリカーボネート樹脂である請求項10記載の床。
- 被覆剤組成物が、アルミニウムを主体とする粒子を含む充填剤を同等の充填量で有する組成物よりも少ない重金属含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項10記載の床。
- アルミニウムを主体とする粒子を含む充填剤を同等の充填量で有する組成物よりも約15%〜約30%小さい密度を有することを特徴とする請求項10記載の床。
- 充填剤が少なくとも1種の植物由来の凝集体を更に含む、請求項10記載の床。
- 植物由来の凝集体が更にシリカを含まない土質無機物を含む、請求項14記載の床。
- 少なくとも1つの実質的に水平な階段またはデッキ表面、および少なくとも部分的に該表面を覆う滑り止め被覆剤組成物を含む水上用船舶であって、該被覆剤組成物が2成分系のエポキシおよび熱硬化性樹脂の粒子を含む充填剤を含む、船舶。
- 熱硬化性樹脂がポリカーボネート樹脂である請求項16記載の船舶。
- 被覆剤組成物が、アルミニウムを主体とする粒子を含む充填剤を同等の充填量で有する組成物に比べて約15%〜約30%小さい密度を有することを特徴とする請求項16記載の船舶。
- 充填剤が少なくとも1種の植物由来の凝集体を更に含む、請求項16記載の船舶。
- 植物由来の凝集体が更にシリカを含まない土質無機物を含む、請求項19記載の床。
- 船舶が航空母艦である請求項16記載の船舶。
- デッキ表面が飛行甲板である請求項21記載の船舶。
