Claims (2)

少なくとも部分的に架橋した含浸剤の浸透したガラス織布と、
前記合成織布の前記第2主表面と前記ガラス織布との間に配置される熱可塑性積層接着剤であって、前記合成織布を前記ガラス織布に固定する、熱可塑性積層接着剤と、を含み、
ここで前記研磨材層は、メイク層、サイズ層、及び研磨材粒子を含み、前記プレサイズの少なくとも一部と重なる、コーティングされた研磨材ディスク。 - コーティングされた研磨材ディスクを作製する方法であって、前記方法は、
少なくともその一部の上に配置される、構成成分(a)〜(f)の総重量に基づいて:(a)エピクロロヒドリンとビスフェノールA又はビスフェノールFの少なくとも一方との反応により調製される、50〜90重量%の少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂;(b)1〜20重量%の、少なくとも1つの多官能性(メタ)アクリレート;(c)1〜10%の少なくとも1つのノボラック樹脂、並びに有効量の(d)イミダゾールエポキシ硬化触媒、(e)ジシアンジアミド、及び(f)光開始剤を含む、硬化性プレサイズ前駆体の反応生成物を含むプレサイズを備える第1の主表面、及び、前記第1の主表面と反対側の第2の主表面を有する合成織布を提供する工程と、
前記第2主表面の少なくとも一部の上に裏サイズを配置する工程と、
前記プレサイズの少なくとも一部の上に硬化性メイク層前駆体を重ねる工程と
研磨材粒子を、前記硬化性メイク層前駆体に塗布する工程と、
前記硬化性メイク層前駆体を十分に硬化してメイク層をもたらす工程と、
硬化性サイズ層前駆体を、前記メイク層及び研磨材粒子の少なくとも一部の上に重ねる工程と、
前記硬化性サイズ層前駆体を十分に硬化してサイズ層をもたらす工程と、
少なくとも部分的に架橋された含浸剤の浸透したガラス織布をもたらす工程と、
前記合成織布を、前記合成織布の前記第2主表面と前記ガラス織布との間に配置される熱可塑性積層接着剤で、前記ガラス織布に固定する工程と、を含む方法。
