Abstract
このような本発明は、複数のクランク板が互いにオーバーラッピング部を形成して一体に構成され、前記オーバーラッピング部は、モータに直結されるようにモータ軸が貫通結合するシャフト結合孔が形成される有機的な結合となっている。

Claims (6)
- 複数のクランク板110が互いにオーバーラッピング部120を形成して一体に構成され、前記オーバーラッピング部120には、モータに直結されるようにモータ軸2が貫通結合するシャフト結合孔130が形成されていることを特徴とする空気圧縮機用直接クランクシャフト。
- それぞれのクランク板110は、中心点が圧縮ポンプ3の行程距離である上死点と下死点を実現するように対称に配置される一方、前記クランク板110に結合されるコネクティングロッド4は、圧縮シリンダ5の内部でそれぞれ相反する上死点と下死点に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機用直接クランクシャフト。
- それぞれのクランク板110は、段差を持つ多段で構成されており、シャフト結合孔130を中心に偏心回転運動時に同一の回転軌跡を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機用直接クランクシャフト。
- クランク板110は、2〜4個がオーバーラッピング部120を形成して一体に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機用直接クランクシャフト。
- クランク板110の外側には1〜3個のコネクティングロッド4が嵌合結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機用直接クランクシャフト。
- モータ1の一側には圧縮ポンプ3のシリンダケース6がケース固定装置160を貫通して直接取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機用直接クランクシャフト。
