Claims (6)
- 다수의 크랭크판(110)이 상호 중첩부(120)를 이루면서 일체화 구성되고, 상기 중첩부(120)는 모터에 직결되도록 모터축(2)이 관통 결합되는 축결합공(130)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기용 바로크랭크축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각각의 크랭크판(110)은 중심점이 압축펌프(3)의 행정거리인 상사점과 하사점을 이루도록 대칭으로 배치되는 한편, 상기 크랭크판(110)에 결합되는 커넥팅로드(4)는 압축실린더(5)의 내부에서 각각 상반된 상사점과 하사점에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기용 바로크랭크축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각각의 크랭크판(110)은 단차를 두어 다단으로 구성되되 축결합공(130)을 중심으로 편심 회전운동시 동일한 회전궤적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기용 바로크랭크축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,크랭크판(110)은 2∼4개가 상호 중첩부(120)를 이루면서 일체화 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기용 바로크랭크축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,크랭크판(110)의 외측에는 1∼3개의 커넥팅로드(4)가 끼움 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기용 바로크랭크축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,모터(1)의 일측에는 압축펌프(3)의 실린더케이스(6)가 케이스고정구(160)로 관통하여 직접 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기용 바로크랭크축.
