도 2는 본 발명에 따른 듀얼 링크 타입의 편심링크의 사시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 연소실을 형성하는 피스톤과,
상기 피스톤의 운동을 크랭크샤프트에 전달하도록 피스톤 핀으로 그 일단이 상기 피스톤에 체결된 커넥팅 로드,
상기 피스톤 핀을 매개로 상기 커넥팅 로드에 그 일단이 편심되게 연결된 듀얼 링크 타입의 편심링크,
상기 편심링크의 타단에 그 일단이 연결되어 상기 편심링크를 회전시키는 듀얼 링크 타입의 스윙링크;
상기 편심링크의 일단에 서로 대향하는 원형의 보스가 형성되고, 상기 보스에 상기 피스톤이 끼워지도록 구비되는 조립홀;
상기 편심링크의 타단에 형성되어 상기 스윙링크와 핀으로 체결하기 위한 조립홀;
상기 스윙링크의 각 일단에 조립홈이 형성되고, 상기 조립홈 속에 상기 편심링크의 타단이 삽입되어, 상기 스윙링크의 일단과 상기 편심링크의 타단이 상기 핀으로 체결되고,
상기 스윙링크의 타단들은 한 몸체를 형성하도록 연결부에서 서로 일체로 연결되고, 상기 연결부에는 상기 일단과 반대방향으로 2갈래로 연장된 형태의 핀보스가 형성되어, 상기 스윙링크를 스윙동작시키기 위한 구동장치가 상기 핀보스와 핀을 통해 상기 스윙링크와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤에는 하부로부터 내측으로 파여진 형태의 조립홈이 형성되고, 상기 조립홈에 상기 편심링크의 일단이 삽입되어 상기 조립홈의 양쪽 측면에 의해 편심링크의 스윙 동작이 가이드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치.
