Abstract
(B)発泡剤(B)を含有する発泡性混合物(M)を、接着すべき表面上または接着すべき表面の間で発泡してフォーム(MS)に変えるか、或いは混合物(M)から形成可能なフォーム(MS)を発泡後に、接着すべき表面上または接着すべき表面の間にもたらし、引続き、フォーム(MS)を接着すべき表面の間で押しつぶすことにより、表面を接着する方法である。本発明のもう1つの対象は、全ての混合物(M)に対して(A)一般式[1]の基を有する前記プレポリマーおよび(B)発泡剤15質量%未満を含有する発泡性混合物(M)である。

(A)一般式[1]

Aは、−O−、−S−、−(R3)N−、−NH−CO−O−、O−CO−NH、−NH−CO−N(R3)−、N(R3)−CO−NHから選択された2価の結合基、またはヘテロ環式基の一部である窒素原子を表わし、
R1は、ハロゲン置換されていてよい、1〜10個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基またはアリール基を表わし、
R2は、水素原子、1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基または全部で2〜10個の炭素原子を有するCO−オキサアルキル−アルキル基を表わし、
R3は、水素原子、ハロゲン置換されていてよい、環式、直鎖状または分枝鎖状のC1〜C18−アルキル基またはアルケニル基、C6〜C18アリール基を表わし、
xは、1〜10の数を表わし、および
aは、0〜2の数を表わす]で示される基を有するプレポリマー(A)、および
(B)発泡剤(B)を含有する発泡性混合物(M)を、

Zは、OH基、SH基またはNHR3基を表わし、その他の変数は、上記の意味を有する〕で示される化合物が使用される。
Z−R5−[Si(R4)2−O−]n−Si(R4)2−R5−Z [4]
〔式中、
R4は、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基、有利にメチル基を表わし、
R5は、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する分枝鎖状または非分枝鎖状の炭化水素基、有利にプロピレン鎖を表わし、
nは、1〜2000の数、有利に5〜100の数を表わし、および
Zは、前記の意味を有する〕で示される化合物が使用される。
Y−CO−NR3−(CH2)X−SiR1 a(OR2)3-a [3]
〔式中、Yは、OR3−、NHR3−またはN(R3)2−基を表わし、全ての別の変数は、上記の意味を有する〕で示されるシランである。
プレポリマー(A)の製造:
撹拌機能、冷却および加熱機能を備えた1 lの反応容器中に、8000g/molの平均分子量Mnを有するポリプロピレングリコール600g(75mmol)(Bayer社のAcclaim(登録商標)8200)を装入し、そして80℃で60分間、真空下で脱水する。引続き、アルゴンを通気し、ヒーターを取り除き、保護ガス下で強力に攪拌しながらモノマーの4,4′−MDI37.5g(150mmol)およびBorchi触媒0.035gを添加する。その後に、80℃で120分間、攪拌する。その後に、得られたNCO末端基を有するポリウレタンプレポリマーを60℃に冷却し、N−シクロヘキシルアミノメチルトリエトキシムシラン65.87g(240mmol)(Wacker社のGENIOSIL(登録商標)XL 926)を添加し、60℃で60分間、攪拌する。生じるプレポリマー混合物中には、IR分光法により、もはやイソシアネート基は検出されない。弱く混濁したプレポリマーが得られ、このプレポリマーは、20℃で298Pasの粘度で問題なしに後加工することができる。
本発明による混合物(M)の製造:
約100mlの充填容量を有する従来の圧力ノズル中に、実施例1により製造されたプレポリマー60gおよび発泡安定剤Tegostab(登録商標)B8443 1.44g(Goldschmidt社の製品)を計量供給する。引続き、従来の噴霧可能な取付け用フォームのための圧力ノズルの場合にも使用されるような従来の弁を備えたノズルを閉鎖する。プロパン/ブタン3mlおよびジメチルエーテル3mlを発泡剤として添加する。引続き、このノズルを良好に振盪する。このノズルを特に倒置して貯蔵する。
本発明による混合物(K)の適用:
実施例2により製造された発泡性混合物(M)を、3×9cmの大きさの接着面を有する木材からなる2つの試験体上に噴霧する。引続き、これらの試験体の中、一方を掃除され従来の壁用塗料で塗布された表面上で接着し、他方を木材表面上で接着する。これらの接着面をそれぞれ数秒間、堅固に互いに押圧する。約1分後、さらに2回、数秒間、後方から押圧する。
プレポリマー(A)の製造:
撹拌機能、冷却および加熱機能を備えた2 lの反応容器中に、モノマーのTDI 487.8g(2.8mol)(2,4−TDIと2,6−TDIとの80/20混合物)を装入し、そして80℃に昇温させる。引続き、保護ガス下で強力に攪拌しながら燐酸1gおよび425g/molの平均分子量を有するポリプロピレングリコール595.0g(1.4mol)を約45分間で添加し、この場合この混合物は、氷浴中での冷却にも拘わらず約20℃だけ昇温する。80℃で60分間、後攪拌する。得られたNCO末端基を有するポリウレタンプレポリマーを70℃に冷却し、Jeffcat(登録商標)DMDLS 1.8g(Huntsman社の製品)およびビニルトリメトキシシラン90.0g(Wacker社のGENIOSIL(登録商標)XL 10)を添加する。引続き、90分間で冷却下にN−フェニルアミノメチルメチルジメトキシムシラン562.1g(2.66mol)(Wacker社のGENIOSIL(登録商標)XL 972)を添加し、この場合温度は、75℃未満に留める。70℃で60分間、後攪拌する。生じるプレポリマー混合物中には、IR分光法により、もはやイソシアネート基は検出されない。明澄なプレポリマーが得られ、このプレポリマーは、20℃で512Pasの粘度で問題なしに後加工することができる。
本発明による混合物(M)の製造:
約100mlの充填容量を有する従来の圧力ノズル中に、実施例4により製造されたプレポリマー50g、発泡安定剤Tegostab(登録商標)B8443 1.2g(Goldschmidt社の製品)およびブチルホスフェート0.3gを計量供給する。引続き、従来の噴霧可能な取付け用フォームのための圧力ノズルの場合にも使用されるような従来の弁を備えたノズルを閉鎖する。プロパン/ブタン2mlおよびジメチルエーテル2mlを発泡剤として添加する。
本発明による混合物(M)の適用:
