Claims (21)
- 開口を画成する第1端部と、第2端部とを有する堅固な圧電変換器本体(1)であって、該圧電変換器本体(1)の内部は噴霧されるべき液体を収容するキャビティを備えると共に、該本体(1)は対称軸心を更に備えるという堅固な圧電変換器本体(1)と、
前記第1端部に対して取付けられて前記開口を覆う微小穿孔膜(3)と、
前記圧電変換器本体(1)を振動させるべく適合かつ配置された圧電素子(2、9)と、を備える超音波式液体噴霧器において、
前記圧電変換器本体(1)をその対称軸心に対して平行な方向に振動させるために、前記圧電素子(2、9)は前記第2端部の近傍に配置される、ことを特徴とする超音波式液体噴霧器。 - 前記圧電変換器本体(1)の断面は該本体の丈の全体にわたり変化する、請求項1に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記断面は不連続的に変化する、請求項2に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記断面は単一点にて急激に変化する、請求項3に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記第2端部の近傍における前記圧電変換器本体(1)の壁部の厚みは、前記第1端部の近傍における前記圧電変換器本体(1)の壁部の厚みよりも大きい、請求項4に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体は前記第2端部の近傍において中実である、請求項5に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体は前記第2端部の近傍において中空である、請求項5に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体(1)の内径は一定である、請求項2、3または4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体(1)の内径は可変的である、請求項2、3または4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記第1端部の近傍における前記内径は前記第2端部の近傍における前記内径よりも大きい、請求項9に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電素子(2、9)は前記第2端部の外面に当接して配置される、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電素子(2、9)の前記外面に当接して配置された後部質量部(5)を備える、請求項11に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体(1)の外径は一定である、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体(1)の外径は可変的である、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記第2端部の近傍における前記外径は前記第1端部の近傍における前記外径よりも大きい、請求項14に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電変換器本体の外面は第1直径および第2直径により画成され、該2つの直径間の遷移領域は急激な不連続部を形成する、請求項15に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電素子(2)は前記不連続部に位置されると共に、該圧電素子は、前記第2端部を含む前記圧電変換器本体(1)の部分上に担持される、請求項16に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記キャビティの長さと直径との間の比率は0.5より大きい、請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記微小穿孔膜(3)は、自身の剛性を高め得る突出部を少なくとも部分的に形成する、請求項1から請求項18のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記微小穿孔膜(3)は、20〜200μmの厚みを有すると共に、1μm〜100μmの直径の複数の孔を含む、請求項1から請求項19のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電素子は多層式圧電セラミック(9)である、請求項1から請求項20のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の噴霧器。
