Abstract
【解決手段】
ある方向F1へ流れる第1の冷却材が通過する、互いに平行に配置された複数のチューブ10,10'からなる束と、隣合うチューブの間に配置され、第1の冷却材が流れる方向F1と概ね直交しかつ第2の冷却材が流れる方向F2を定める母線を有し、波打つように延びる波型熱交換用部材20とを備える熱交換器において、熱交換用部材20に、網目状の複数の孔21を設ける。

Description
−熱伝導性の材料からなるシートに、互いに平行に延びる複数のスロットを縦横に形成する工程、
−前記スロットが形成されたシートを、このスロットが延びる方向と直交する方向に引き延ばし、網目状の複数の孔を形成する工程、
−前記網目状の孔が形成されたシートに波型加工を施す工程。

Claims (9)
- ある方向(F1)へ流れる第1の冷却材が通過する、互いに平行をなす複数のチューブ(10)(10')からなる束と、隣合うチューブの間に配置され、前記第1の冷却材が流れる方向(F1)と概ね直交し、かつ第2の冷却材が流れる方向(F2)を定める母線を有し、波打って延びる波型熱交換用部材(20)とを備える熱交換器であって、前記熱交換用部材(20)に、網目状の複数の孔(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換用部材(20)の厚さは、0.2〜1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記波型熱交換用部材(20)の一方の側のピークから、他方の側のピークまでの熱交換用部材が延びる方向と直交する方向における距離は、3〜7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記波型熱交換用部材(20)における隣合う孔と孔の間隔は、0.5〜3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- チューブ(10)(10')に接合される波型熱交換用部材(20)の母線を含む帯状の部分(22)には、孔が設けられていないことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記波型熱交換用部材(20)は、アルミニウム製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器のための波型熱交換用部材の製造方法であって、
−熱伝導性の材料からなるシートに、互いに平行に延びる複数のスロットを縦横に形成する工程と、
−前記スロットが形成されたシートを、このスロットが延びる方向と直交する方向に引き延ばし、網目状の複数の孔を形成する工程と
−前記網目状の孔が形成されたシートに、波型加工を施す工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スロットを、このスロットと平行に延び、かつ前記母線を含むシートの帯状の部分(22)には形成せず、さらに、この帯状の部分(22)には、前記波型加工を施さないことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝導性の材料は、アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項7または8記載の方法。
