Claims (11)
- 다수개가 평행하게 형성된 플랫튜브(2)와, 상기 플랫튜브(2) 사이에 수직으로 형성되는 쿨링핀(3)을 갖는 자동차용 열교환기(1)에 있어서,상기 각각의 플랫튜브(2)는 서로 평행하게 형성되고 내부는 제1 유체(FL1)가 흐르고 외부는 제2 유체(FL2)의 흐름과 접하는 구조로서, 제2 유체(FL2)의 흐름경로 및 제2 유체의 흐름방향(S2)과 교차(traverse)되게 형성되고,상기 쿨링핀(3)은 길(gill,7)을 가지며 공통스트립(8)으로부터 제2 유체(FL2)의 흐름경로의 일측편에 만곡부(75)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 쿨링핀(3)의 표면(5)은 제2 유체의 유체흐름방향과 평행하게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 쿨링핀(3)은 서로에 대하여 만곡되게 형성되고 서로 유사한 형상으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 길(7)은 두 개의 플랫튜브(2)에 의해 한정된 핀부(4b)에 다수개 형성되고, 제2 유체의 흐름방향(S2)과 동일한 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 길(7)은 두 개의 만곡된 핀부(4b)를 가지며 서로 동일한 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 길(7)은 두 개의 만곡된 핀부(4b)를 가지며 서로 반대 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 핀부(4b)는, 두 개의 핀부가 서로 연속적이고 평행하게 만곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 핀부(4b)는 플랫튜브(2)에 수직으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 쿨링핀(3)은 제2 유체의 흐름방향 내에서 동일한 폭 또는 유사한 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 열교환기(1).
