Abstract

PURPOSE:To widen the area of the front end of a heat exchanger further and make the fluid diffuse uniformly all over the heat exchanger to raise the quantity of the exchanged heat by providing a heat exchanging pipe through the inside of which a heat exchanging fluid flows and fins which are constituted by a metal material in net mesh shape and connected to the heat transfer pipe. CONSTITUTION:A fin 6 is inserted between a heat transfer pipe 5a and heat transfer pipe 5b and it is constituted with aluminum material shaped in a net- mesh shape. When an aluminum rod is used for the fin, its cross section has circular shape, elliptical shape etc. which can be selected as desired so as to bring the efficiency of heat exchanging to maximum. The insertion of the fin is such that the direction of the air that flows in and the face of the net in the fin are at right angles. Further, the shape of the fin insertion is constituted to form a sine curve wave fin or rectangular wave fin so that the fluid such as air that flows in is diffused in arbitrary directions from the net face after it has passed through the first face of the fin.
