Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池10は、正極あるいは負極のいずれかの容量を他方よりも大きくする。電池ECU1は、二次電池10の電流、電圧から二次電池10の内部抵抗DCIRを算出する。算出した内部抵抗DCIRが低SOC域あるいは高SOC域で初期状態に対して増加している場合、電池ECU1は二次電池10の正極と負極の容量バランスが変化したと判定する。

Claims (9)
- 二次電池の電圧を測定する手段と、
前記二次電池の電流を測定する手段と、
前記電圧と前記電流とに基づき、前記二次電池の内部抵抗を算出する手段と、
前記内部抵抗のSOC依存性の初期状態からの変化に基づいて、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記判定する手段は、少なくとも相対的に低SOC域と相対的に高SOC域のいずれかにおける前記内部抵抗の、相対的に中間SOC域における前記内部抵抗に対する変化に基づいて、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記判定する手段は、少なくとも相対的に低SOC域と相対的に高SOC域のいずれかにおける前記内部抵抗の、初期状態に対する変化に基づいて、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記判定する手段は、少なくとも相対的に低SOC域と相対的に高SOC域のいずれかにおける前記内部抵抗の、初期状態に対する変化量あるいは変化率が既定値以上であり、かつ、相対的に中間SOC域における前記内部抵抗の、初期状態に対する変化量あるいは変化率が前記規定値より小さいか否かにより、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 二次電池の電圧を測定する手段と、
前記二次電池の電流を測定する手段と、
前記電圧と前記電流とに基づき、前記二次電池の無負荷電圧を算出する手段と、
前記無負荷電圧のSOC依存性の初期状態からの変化に基づいて、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 請求項5記載の装置において、
前記判定する手段は、相対的に低SOC域における前記無負荷電圧の、初期状態に対する変化に基づいて、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置において、
前記二次電池の温度を検出する手段
を備え、
前記判定する手段は、前記温度が規定温度以下の場合に前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスの変化を判定することを特徴とする二次電池の状態判定装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の状態判定装置と、
前記状態判定装置での判定結果に基づき、前記二次電池の正極と負極の容量バランスに変化があると判定した場合に、前記二次電池の充放電の制御態様を変化させる手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする二次電池の制御装置。 - 請求項8記載の装置において、
前記変化させる手段は、前記二次電池のSOCを算出するために予め記憶手段に記憶された無負荷電圧とSOCとの関係を規定するマップの適用範囲を変化させることで前記二次電池の充放電の制御態様を変化させることを特徴とする二次電池の制御装置。
