Abstract
【解決手段】 アーム21の形状はツールホルダ7の周方向の一部を抱持する形状をなし、基端側に設けた取付穴22にボルト23を挿通してツールホルダ7に結合され、先端側に刃具としての砥石24を交換可能に取付けるためのネジ穴25が形成されている。アーム21の基端寄りの部分には幅方向に溝部26が形成されている。この溝部26はアーム21をツールホルダ7に取付けた状態で、ツールホルダ7の軸と平行になっており、外部から力が作用することでアーム21は弾性ヒンジとして作用し、砥石24をツールの軸との平行度を保ちながら拡径または縮径する。

また、ドローバー8の軸方向においては、各箇所に設けられたアーム21が軸方向から見て位相をずらせて取付けられている。
Claims (5)
- 筒状をなすツールホルダと、このツールホルダに径方向の突出量を調整可能に保持される複数の研削部と、前記ツールホルダ内に摺動自在に挿通され軸方向の移動によって前記研削部の径方向の突出量を調整するドローバーとを備えた内径加工工具であって、前記研削部は前記ツールホルダの周方向の一部を抱持する形状のアームと、このアームの先端部に設けられる砥石などの刃具を備えることを特徴とする内径加工工具。
- 請求項1に記載の内径加工工具において、前記アームの先端部と基端部の間に取付け状態でツールホルダの軸と平行な溝部または薄肉部が形成され、この溝部または薄肉部によって前記アームが弾性ヒンジとして機能することを特徴とする内径加工工具。
- 請求項1に記載の内径加工工具において、前記アームには厚み方向に貫通ネジ穴が形成され、この貫通ネジ穴に研削部の径方向の突出量を個々に微調整するためのビスが螺着されていることを特徴とする内径加工工具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の内径加工工具において、前記アームは前記ツールホルダの周方向に等間隔で配置され、且つ各アームは前記ツールホルダの回転方向を基準として、ツールホルダへの結合部が上流側で刃具が下流側となるように取付けられていることを特徴とする内径加工工具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の内径加工工具において、前記アームは前記ツールホルダの軸方向に離間して取付けられ、更に軸方向に離間して取付けられたアームは軸方向から見てツールホルダの周方向に位相がずれていることを特徴とする内径加工工具。
