Abstract
【解決手段】 膜バイオリアクターに空気に曝気するためのジェット・曝気装置はジェット・エアレーターと空気供給パイプを備え、ジェット・エアレーターは膜バイオリアクターに配置され、水口、膜バイオリアクターの液体表面の下に配置されたポンプ、入口が膜バイオリアクターの液体表面上に位置するエア・インレット、およびジェット・ノズルの付いたジェット・パイプを備え、空気供給パイプはコネクタ付きで、空気供給パイプのコネクタはジェット・エアレーターのジェット・パイプのジェット・ノズルに接続される。

Claims (14)
- ジェット・エアレーターと空気供給パイプを含み、膜バイオリアクターを空気に暴露するためのジェット・曝気装置であって、
前述のジェット・エアレーターが、前述の膜バイオリアクターに配置され、
前述のジェット・エアレーターが、
水注入口と、
前述の膜バイオリアクターの液体表面の下に配置されたポンプと、
入口が前述の膜バイオリアクターの前述の液体表面の上に配置された空気入口パイプと、
ジェット・ノズルを含むジェット・パイプと、を備え、
前述の空気供給パイプは前述の膜バイオリアクターの膜モジュールの下に配置されて、コネクタを含み、
そして、前述の空気供給パイプの前述のコネクタは、前述のジェット・エアレーターの前述のジェット・パイプの前述のジェット・ノズルに接続されることを特徴とするジェット・曝気装置。 - 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述のポンプは、前述の膜モジュールの間、または前述の膜モジュールの側面に配置される。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置は、前述の空気入口パイプの空気吸気量がボールバルブによって制御される。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述の水注入口は前述の膜バイオリアクターの規定低液面より低い。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述の空気供給パイプはさらにブランチ・パイプと排水パイプを備え、前述のブランチ・パイプの長さが等しく、前述の前述の膜モジュールの下に配置され、前述の排水パイプの両端が閉じられ、それぞれの側が前述のブランチ・パイプに連結される。
- 請求項5のジェット・曝気装置において、前述のブランチ・パイプが等しい間隔で配置される。
- 請求項6のジェット・曝気装置において、前述のブランチ・パイプの片端が閉じられて、もう一方の端が前述の排水管に連結されて、通気穴の列は前述のブランチ・パイプの両側に配列され、前述の通気穴と垂直線の間の角度は±44°−46°である。
- 請求項7のジェット・曝気装置の前述の通気穴の直径は4−10mmである。
- 請求項7のジェット・曝気装置の前述の通気穴は前述の膜モジュールの下部から100−500mm下に配置される。
- 請求項7のジェット・曝気装置では前述の通気穴の直径は100−300mmである。
- 請求項5のジェット・曝気装置の前述のブランチ・パイプは耐食性パイプである。
- 請求項5のジェット・曝気装置の前述の排水管は耐食性パイプである。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置において、前述のコネクタは耐食性コネクタである。
- 請求項1の包括的なジェット・曝気装置の使用に関する方法であって、つぎの1)〜3)を含む。
1)混合物の高速形成によって前述のジェット・エアレーターの前述のポンプにスラッジと廃水をポンピングし、負圧を前述のジェット・パイプで発生させる、
2)空気、廃水およびスラッジを含む混合物を形成するため、前記負圧によって、前述のジェット・パイプに空気を吸引し、空気対水の比は4−15:1に制御する、
3)前述の空気供給管を通して前述の混合物を送り、前述の膜モジュールを洗い流す。
