Claims (12)
- ジェット・エアレーターと空気供給パイプを含み、膜バイオリアクターを空気に暴露するためのジェット・曝気装置であって、
前述のジェット・エアレーターが、前述の膜バイオリアクターに配置され、
前述のジェット・エアレーターが、
水注入口と、
前述の膜バイオリアクターの液体表面の下に配置されたポンプと、
入口が前述の膜バイオリアクターの前述の液体表面の上に配置されたエア・インレット・パイプと、
ジェット・ノズルを含むジェット・パイプと、を備え、
前述の空気供給パイプは前述の膜バイオリアクターの膜モジュールの下に配置されて、コネクタ、排出パイプ、および長さの等しい複数のブランチ・パイプを含み、
そして、前述の空気供給パイプの前述のコネクタは、前述のジェット・エアレーターの前述のジェット・パイプの前述のジェット・ノズルに接続され、
前述の排出パイプは前述のコネクタに接続され、
前述の排出パイプの長手方向の両端が閉じられ、
前述のブランチ・パイプの長手方向の片端が閉じられて、もう一方の端が前述の排出パイプの短手方向の両端に等間隔で接続され、
前述のブランチ・パイプに通気穴の列が配列され、
前述のポンプによって前述の水注入口から吸引された廃水およびスラッジと、前述のエア・インレット・パイプから吸引された空気とによって、ジェット・パイプの中に廃水とスラッジと空気の混合物が形成され、
該混合物が、前述のジェット・ノズルによって前述の空気供給パイプの排出パイプ内に送られ、次いで前述のブランチ・パイプに送られ、前述のブランチ・パイプの通気穴から排出されることによって、前述の膜モジュールが曝気されることを特徴とするジェット・曝気装置。 - 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述のポンプは、前述の膜モジュールの間、または前述の膜モジュールの側面に配置される。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置は、前述のエア・インレット・パイプの空気吸気量がボールバルブによって制御される。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述の水注入口は前述の膜バイオリアクターの規定低液面より低い。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置において、前述の通気穴の列は前述のブランチ・パイプの両側に配列され、前述の通気穴と垂直線の間の角度は±(44°−46°)である。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述の通気穴の直径は4−10mmである。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述の通気穴は前述の膜モジュールの底から100−500mm下に配置される。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置では前述の通気穴は前述の膜モジュールの底から300mm下に配置される。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述のブランチ・パイプは耐食性パイプである。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の前述の排出パイプは耐食性パイプである。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置において、前述のコネクタは耐食性コネクタである。
- 請求項1のジェット・曝気装置の使用に関する方法であって、つぎの1)−3)を含む。
1)前述のジェット・エアレーターの前述のポンプにスラッジと廃水をポンピングしスラッジと廃水の高速流を形成することによって、負圧を前述のジェット・パイプで発生させる、
2)空気、廃水およびスラッジを含む混合物を形成するため、前記負圧によって、前述のジェット・パイプに空気を吸引し、空気対水の比は4−15:1に制御する、
3)前述の空気供給パイプの通気穴を通して前述の混合物を送り、前述の膜モジュールを洗い流す。
