Abstract
【解決手段】固定側ヒンジ26における軸受部32の外面に、収容壁38と対向する位置であって、扉体18の閉成位置においては案内部34の内面に当接することなく、該扉体18が開放位置に至ったときには案内部34の内面に当接する位置に、収容壁38側に向けて突出する突部40が設けられる。突部40の突出端と収容壁38との離間寸法は、案内部34の厚み寸法より小さく設定される。すなわち、扉体18の閉成位置から開放位置への回動により、案内部34の内面が突部40に当接する位置に至ったときには、突部40と収容壁38とで案内部34が挟持され、これによって扉体18を開放位置に保持し得るよう構成される。

Description
筐体に対して上側の端部で枢支されて上下方向に回動可能で、該筐体に開設された開口部を閉成する閉成位置と、該閉成位置から上方に回動されて開口部を開放する開放位置との間を回動する扉体の保持構造であって、
前記筐体に配設された固定側ヒンジと、
前記扉体における上側の端部に配設され、前記固定側ヒンジに回動自在に枢支される可動側ヒンジと、
前記扉体に設けられ、該扉体の回動に伴って前記固定側ヒンジの外側を移動する被挟持部と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記固定側ヒンジとの間に前記被挟持部を収容可能な収容空間を画成する保持部と、
前記収容空間に位置し、該収容空間における固定側ヒンジおよび保持部の対向間隔を前記被挟持部の厚み寸法より小さくする挟持部とを備え、
前記挟持部は、前記扉体の開放位置において前記被挟持部を当該挟持部と固定側ヒンジまたは保持部とで挟持する位置に設けられることを特徴とする。
請求項2に係る発明によれば、固定側ヒンジの外面に突部を設けるだけでよく、固定側ヒンジと可動側ヒンジとの枢支部に複雑な加工を施す必要はなく、コストを低廉に抑えることができる。
請求項3に係る発明によれば、保持部側に突部を設けるだけでよく、固定側ヒンジと可動側ヒンジとの枢支部に複雑な加工を施す必要はなく、コストを低廉に抑えることができる。
次に、前述した実施例1に係る扉体の保持構造の作用につき説明する。
本願は前述した実施例の構成に限定されるものではなく、その他の構成を適宜に採用することができる。
1.実施例2では、収容壁とは別体の板金部材に突部を設けたが、収容壁自体に突部を設け、該突部と固定側ヒンジの軸受部とで可動側ヒンジの案内部を挟持する構成を採用し得る。
2.各実施例では、案内部に当接する突部を1つの場合で説明したが、複数の突部を案内部の移動方向に並列に設ける構成を採用し得る。
3.各実施例では、キャビネットに収容壁を形成した場合で説明したが、キャビネットとは別体の収容壁(保持部)を筐体に配設してもよい。
4.各実施例では、貯氷庫に配設される扉体に保持構造を採用した場合で説明したが、保持構造を採用し得る扉体が配設される対象は貯氷庫に限らず、被収容物を収容する収容室が内部画成される筐体であって、扉体を開放位置まで回動した際に該扉体が立て掛けられる支持部(実施例でのキャビネットに相当)が設けられるものであればよい。

Claims (3)
- 筐体(10)に対して上側の端部で枢支されて上下方向に回動可能で、該筐体(10)に開設された開口部(10a)を閉成する閉成位置と、該閉成位置から上方に回動されて開口部(10a)を開放する開放位置との間を回動する扉体の保持構造であって、
前記筐体(10)に配設された固定側ヒンジ(26)と、
前記扉体(18)における上側の端部に配設され、前記固定側ヒンジ(26)に回動自在に枢支される可動側ヒンジ(28)と、
前記扉体(18)に設けられ、該扉体(18)の回動に伴って前記固定側ヒンジ(26)の外側を移動する被挟持部(34)と、
前記筐体(10)に設けられ、前記固定側ヒンジ(26)との間に前記被挟持部(34)を収容可能な収容空間(S)を画成する保持部(38)と、
前記収容空間(S)に位置し、該収容空間(S)における固定側ヒンジ(26)および保持部(38)の対向間隔を前記被挟持部(34)の厚み寸法(L)より小さくする挟持部(40,42a)とを備え、
前記挟持部(40,42a)は、前記扉体(18)の開放位置において前記被挟持部(34)を当該挟持部(40,42a)と固定側ヒンジ(26)または保持部(38)とで挟持する位置に設けられる
ことを特徴とする扉体の保持構造。 - 前記挟持部は、前記固定側ヒンジ(26)の外面に設けられて保持部(38)側に突出する突部(40)である請求項1記載の扉体の保持構造。
- 前記挟持部は、前記保持部(38)側から固定側ヒンジ(26)に向けて突出する突部(42a)である請求項1記載の扉体の保持構造。
