Abstract
【解決手段】変換器ユニットと、前記変換器ユニットと相互作用するコンデンサ・モジュールとを含むエネルギー蓄積装置を、特に自動車に物理的装置として組み込むことができるように改良する目的のため、前記コンデンサ・モジュールのコンデンサ・セルを収容するためのハウジングが設けられ、前記ハウジングは、前記コンデンサ・セルを収容するコンデンサ室を含み、前記コンデンサ室は気密シールを有するエネルギー蓄積装置を提案する。

Claims (19)
- 変換器ユニット(34)と、前記変換器ユニット(34)と相互に作用するコンデンサ・モジュール(22)とを含むエネルギー蓄積装置(10)において、
前記コンデンサ・モジュール(22)のコンデンサ・セル(24)を収容するためにハウジング(40)が設けられ、前記ハウジング(40)は、前記コンデンサ・セル(24)を収容するコンデンサ室(42)を含み、前記コンデンサ室(42)は気密シールを有することを特徴とするエネルギー蓄積装置(10)。 - 前記コンデンサ室(42)に、前記コンデンサ・セル(24)から漏れる化学物質のための収着材(124)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記収着材(124)は有機ポリマーから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記収着材(124)は、前記コンデンサ室(42)に設けられる充填材(122)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記収着材(124)は、充填材詰め物(126)と一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記ハウジング(40)は、ハウジング・シェル(50)内で開口(56)から内側へ延びる前記コンデンサ室(42)を少なくとも部分的に収容する容積を有する前記ハウジング・シェル(50)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記容積は前記コンデンサ室(42)を完全に収容することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記開口(56)は、カバー(60)により気密となるように密閉できることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記カバー(60)は、接着ボンドによって前記ハウジング・シェル(50)に結合できることを特徴とする請求項6から8の何れか一に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記カバー(60)と前記ハウジング・シェル(50)とは、共に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記ハウジング・シェル(50)又は前記カバー(60)は、前記接着ボンドを生成するための融解可能なビード領域(82)を有することを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記カバー(60)は、端細長部(84)によって前記ビード領域(82)と重なっており、前記端細長部(84)は、前記ビード領域(82)を融解させるための放射線を透過させる材料でできていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記カバー(60)は、少なくとも一つの固定要素(104)によって、中央領域(100)内で、前記ハウジング・シェル(50)に接続することができることを特徴とする請求項1から12の何れか一に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記固定要素(104)は固定ネジ(106)であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記固定ネジ(106)は、前記カバー(60)を密閉するために前記カバー(60)を通って突出することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記変換器ユニット(34)は前記コンデンサ室(42)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から15の何れか一に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記変換器ユニット(34)は、同じハウジング(40)内の回路室に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記コンデンサ・モジュール(22)は、大電流接点(70)によって前記変換器ユニット(34)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記大電流接点(70)は、前記コンデンサ室(42)から気密に導出していることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のエネルギー蓄積装置。
