Claims (9)
- バッテリの一部または全体を覆うバッテリカバーと、
前記バッテリカバーに設けられた貫通孔の位置で前記バッテリカバーと接続される第1ホースと、
前記バッテリと電気的に接続されるとともに、前記第1ホースに挿通され、車体パネルに設けた電線導出孔を通して車室外に引き出される電線と、
を備え、
前記電線と前記第1ホースとの間に形成された隙間が、前記バッテリカバー内のガス回収用空間と連通しており、
前記電線導出孔に対応する位置に前記第1ホースの端部を位置させて前記電線と前記第1ホースとの間に形成された隙間の開口部を車室外に臨ませたこと
を特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
前記バッテリカバーは、前記バッテリのガス放出口を覆うようにバッテリの筐体に固定されていることを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
複数の前記バッテリカバーと、該複数のバッテリカバーに接続される第2ホースと、をさらに備え、
前記第2ホースは複数の前記バッテリカバーの間に設けられ、前記第2ホースの内側の隙間が、複数の前記バッテリカバー内のガス回収用空間と互いに連通していることを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
前記電線は強電用の電線であることを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
前記電線と前記第1ホースとの間に形成された隙間に、流体が透過可能な流体透過部材を収容したことを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項5に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
前記流体透過部材は網状部材であることを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項6に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
導電性の前記網状部材に取付フランジを一体に設け、この取付フランジを前記貫通孔の周囲の前記バッテリカバーに固定したことを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項7に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
前記電線の端部に、前記バッテリに接続されるコネクタを設け、このコネクタを前記貫通孔に挿入して該コネクタと前記取付フランジとの間に、前記バッテリカバー内のガス回収用空間と前記第1ホースとの間に形成された隙間とを連通する連通路を設けたことを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリカバーのガス排出構造であって、
前記第1ホースの端部が位置する前記電線導出孔を、自動車の走行時に負圧が発生する位置に設けたことを特徴とするバッテリカバーのガス排出構造。
