Claims (4)
- 筐体内に収納された回路体に対してワイヤハーネスを導通接続するための、筐体内回路体に対するワイヤハーネスの接続構造であって、
前記筐体の壁部に貫通孔が設けられている一方、
前記回路体に設けられた接続用コネクタが、前記貫通孔に対向して配設されており、
前記ワイヤハーネスの端末に設けられたハーネス端末コネクタが、前記筐体の前記貫通孔を挿通して前記回路体の前記接続用コネクタに接続されるようになっており、
前記接続用コネクタと前記ハーネス端末コネクタは、それぞれコネクタハウジングと該コネクタハウジングに保持された接続端子とを備えており、前記接続用コネクタと前記ハーネス端末コネクタの少なくとも一方が、前記コネクタハウジングの本体に対して前記接続端子およびそれを囲うハウジング可動部が変位可能に保持されたフロート構造を有しており、
前記コネクタハウジングと前記ハウジング可動部の対向面間に隙間を隔てて嵌合するリブと凹溝が複数組設けられており、前記リブと前記凹溝は、前記接続端子の延出方向である軸方向に延びており、前記リブと前記凹溝の前記隙間を隔てた嵌合により、前記ハウジング可動部が前記コネクタハウジングに対して周方向で位置決めされると共に、前記ハウジング可動部の変位方向が上下方向と左右方向に規制されている
ことを特徴とする筐体内回路体に対するワイヤハーネスの接続構造。 - 前記筐体と前記回路体の対向面間には、何れか一方に設けられた位置決め凸部と、他方に設けられた位置決め凹部の凹凸嵌合による位置決め機構が設けられており、前記位置決め凸部と前記位置決め凹部の対向面間の隙間寸法公差が、前記フロート構造による前記接続端子の前記コネクタハウジングに対する変位寸法よりも小さい寸法で削減されている請求項1に記載の筐体内回路体に対するワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
- 前記筐体が金属製とされている一方、前記回路体がリレー回路により接続/遮断を切り替えるジャンクションボックスを構成しており、前記筐体の内部に、前記ジャンクションボックスと該ジャンクションボックスに接続されたバッテリモジュールが収納されて電池パックが構成されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の筐体内回路体に対するワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
- 前記ワイヤハーネスの前記ハーネス端末コネクタにおける前記コネクタハウジングの外周面が、前記筐体の前記貫通孔の内周縁部に対して、シール部材を介して圧接嵌合されるようになっている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の筐体内回路体に対するワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
