Abstract
【解決手段】電荷を蓄える蓄電部(積層体5)と、この蓄電部(積層体5)を収容する蓄電ケース9とを備える蓄電デバイス(キャパシタセル1)であって、蓄電ケース9は、蓄電部(積層体5)を囲むブロック状のケース外殻体10と、このケース外殻体10の前端面15と後端面16にそれぞれ張り付けられるシート状のラミネートフィルム50、60と、ケース外殻体10及びラミネートフィルム50、60によって画成され蓄電部(積層体5)を収容する蓄電室49とを備え、ラミネートフィルム50、60は、ケース外殻体10に張り付けられるラミネートフィルム張り付け部52、62と、蓄電室49に面するラミネートフィルム膜部51、61と、を有する構成とした。

Claims (6)
- 電荷を蓄える蓄電部と、
この蓄電部を収容する蓄電ケースとを備える蓄電デバイスであって、
前記蓄電ケースは、
前記蓄電部を囲むブロック状のケース外殻体と、
このケース外殻体の前端面と後端面にそれぞれ張り付けられるシート状のラミネートフィルムと、
前記ケース外殻体及び前記ラミネートフィルムによって画成され前記蓄電部を収容する蓄電室とを備え、
前記ラミネートフィルムは、
前記ケース外殻体に張り付けられるラミネートフィルム張り付け部と、
前記蓄電室に面するラミネートフィルム膜部とを有することを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。 - 前記ラミネートフィルム張り付け部は前記ケース外殻体の外面を囲む外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記ケース外殻体の前記外面に前記外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部を介して嵌合するリング状のケース枠体を備え、
前記ケース外殻体の前記外面と前記ケース枠体との間で外側ラミネートフィルム張り付け部を挟持することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の前記蓄電デバイスを備え、
複数の前記蓄電デバイスが互いに並ぶモジュール蓄電体であって、
隣り合う前記蓄電デバイスのラミネートフィルム膜部が互いに当接することを特徴とするモジュール蓄電体。 - 複数の前記蓄電デバイスが互いに並ぶモジュール蓄電体であって、
互いに並ぶ前記蓄電デバイスを列方向に圧縮して保持する加圧保持具を備え、
前記蓄電デバイスは隣り合う前記ケース外殻体の間で前記ラミネートフィルム張り付け部が挟持されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモジュール蓄電体。 - 前記蓄電デバイスは、
前記蓄電部として複数の正極体及び負極体がセパレータを介して積層される積層体を備え、
この積層体が電解液と共に前記蓄電室に収容され、
前記正極体及び前記負極体に電気二重層によって電荷を蓄えるキャパシタセルであり、
複数の前記キャパシタセルが並ぶモジュール蓄電体であって、
自由状態において前記積層体の積層方向の幅を前記ケース外殻体の積層方向の幅より大きく形成し、
前記加圧保持具によって前記蓄電デバイスの積層体がその積層方向に圧縮される構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモジュール蓄電体。
