Abstract
Description
第1ステップ:本体10、バッテリー20、金属上板30及びカバー40を提供し、予め該本体10の内部には収容空間11が形成され、該本体10の表面には結合面12が画定され、該結合面12に該収容空間11に連通する開口が形成され、該本体10或いは該カバー40の外部には連接部13が形成されており、該バッテリー20と該金属上板30を該収容空間11内に取り付け、並びに該バッテリー20を該連接部13に電気的に接続する。
第2ステップ:金属リング50を該開口の周囲に取り付け、且つ該カバー40を該本体10上に取り付け並びに該収容空間11及び開口を封じる。
第3ステップ:該金属リング50に対して高周波加熱を行ない、並びに該本体10内の金属上板30を高周波の加熱面に向け、該金属上板30を高周波加熱面と該バッテリー20の間に位置させる。
第4ステップ:高周波により金属リング50に対して誘導加熱することで、金属リング50の表面の熱に、周囲のカバー40と本体10を融合させて一体となし、バッテリー20を完全に本体10内に密封する。

Claims (9)
- 電源装置において、
内部に収容空間が形成され、表面に該収容空間に連通する開口が形成された本体と、
該収容空間内に設置されるバッテリーと、
該開口の周囲に設置される金属リングと、
該収容空間及び該開口周囲の該金属リングを被覆するカバーであり、上記金属リングが高周波で加熱されることで該本体と融合させられる上記カバーと、
該本体或いは該カバー上に設置され並びに該バッテリーに接続される連接部と、
該収容空間内に設置され並びに該バッテリーの高周波加熱される一側を被覆する金属上板と、
を包含することを特徴とする、電源装置。 - 請求項1記載の電源装置において、上述の本体は帯状体とされ、該本体と該カバーの連接部分は曲面状とされることを特徴とする、電源装置。
- 請求項2記載の電源装置において、上述の収容空間内には底板を具え、該底板は該バッテリーと該収容空間底部の間に設置され、上述の金属上板辺縁と該底板は接続されることを特徴とする、電源装置。
- 請求項2記載の電源装置において、上述の本体の該開口の周囲に凹溝が形成され、該カバーに該凹溝に嵌合する凸塊が設けられ、上述の金属リングは該凹溝内に設置されることを特徴とする、電源装置。
- 請求項1記載の電源装置において、上述の連接部と該バッテリーの間は充放電モジュールに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、電源装置。
- 電源装置の組み合わせ方法において、
まず、本体、バッテリー、金属上板及びカバーを提供し、該本体の内部には収容空間が形成され、該本体の表面には該収容空間に連通する開口が形成され、該本体と該カバーの外部には連接部が形成されており、該バッテリーと該金属上板を該収容空間内に取り付け、並びに該バッテリーを該連接部に電気的に接続するステップ、
次に、金属リングを該開口の周囲に取り付け、且つ該カバーを該本体上に取り付け並びに該収容空間及び開口を封じるステップ、
続いて、該金属リングに対して高周波加熱を行ない、並びに該本体内の金属上板を高周波の加熱面に向け、該金属上板を高周波加熱面と該バッテリーの間に配置するステップ、
最後に、該金属リングの表面の熱によりその周囲の該カバーと該本体を融合させて一体となし、該バッテリーを完全に該本体内に密封するステップ、
以上のステップを含むことを特徴とする、電源装置の組み合わせ方法。 - 請求項6記載の電源装置の組み合わせ方法において、該バッテリーを底板と金属上板の間に取り付け、続いて共同で該収容空間内に取り付けるステップを含むことを特徴とする、電源装置の組み合わせ方法。
- 請求項7記載の電源装置の組み合わせ方法において、上述の本体は予め帯状体に形成し、該本体と該カバーの連接部分は予め曲面状に形成することを特徴とする、電源装置の組み合わせ方法。
- 請求項7記載の電源装置の組み合わせ方法において、上述の本体の該開口の周囲には予め凹溝を形成し、該カバーには予め該凹溝に嵌合する凸塊を設け、さらに該金属リングを該凹溝内に取り付けることを特徴とする、電源装置の組み合わせ方法。
