Abstract
本实用新型提供一种电源供应器,包含一壳体、一设置于所述壳体中的容置空间以及一容置于所述容置空间中的电池芯;一设置于所述壳体的第一卡扣面;一相对所述第一卡扣面设置于所述壳体的第二卡扣面,所述第二卡扣面配合所述第一卡扣面进行接合;至少一设于所述壳体上的磁吸元件,使一电源供应器的所述第一卡扣面配合与另一电源供应器的所述第二卡扣面接合固定;一呈圆形的导电元件设置于所述第一卡扣面;一导电连接器设于所述第二卡扣面,且配合与所述导电元件连接,所述导电连接器与所述导电元件分别与所述电池芯电性相通,使至少两个所述电源供应器电性相连且电量增加的效果。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电源供应器,特别是一种能扩充为多种功能,且通过多个电源供应器组合,使续航更持久的电源供应器。
背景技术
随着行动娱乐与各种需求成长,人们携带的电子产品也越来越多。但这些电子产品的原配电池都会因为电池容量低不能满足设备正常使用时间。基于此,为了解决电子设备用电问题,电源供应器满足了人们随时随地为多种数码产品充电。
对于电源供应器的续航要求的日渐提高,且追求功能多样化,已成为各企业亟欲达成的目标。但是,目前市面上的电源供应器有如下缺点:一、只能透过传输线为电子产品充电;二、电容量有限,不能扩充电量;三、不能使电源充电器扩充为多种功能,如太阳能充电、置物盒、蓝牙喇叭等等,以满足不同的需求者需求。
因此,设计一款能扩充为多种功能,且通过多个电源供应器组合,使续航更持久的电源供应器尤其重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述有技术的不足,提供一种能扩充为多种功能,且通过多个电源供应器组合,使续航更持久的电源供应器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种电源供应器,包含一本体单元,所述本体单元包含一壳体、一设置于所述壳体中的容置空间以及一容置于所述容置空间中的电池芯;一设置于所述壳体的第一卡扣面,所述第一卡扣面向所述壳体内凹陷;一设置于所述壳体的第二卡扣面,所述第二卡扣面自所述壳体向外凸出以配合所述第一卡扣面进行接合,且所述第一卡扣面与所述第二卡扣面设置于所述壳体的两相对面上;至少一设于所述壳体上的磁吸元件,透过所述磁吸元件的磁性相吸,使所述第一卡扣面配合与所述第二卡扣面接合固定;一呈圆形的导电元件,所述导电元件设于所述第一卡扣面,且与所述电池芯电性相通;一导电连接器设于所述第二卡扣面,且配合与所述导电元件连接,所述导电连接器与所述电池芯电性相通,使至少两个所述电源供应器电性相连且电量增加。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述导电元件向所述第一卡扣面凹入,且所述导电元件包含一第一导电片以及一第二导电片,所述第一导电片环设于所述第二导电片外围并呈同心圆设置;所述导电连接器为一弹簧针连接器,包含一凸出于所述第二卡扣面的第一导电端子以及一凸出于所述第二卡扣面的第二导电端子;使至少两个所述电源供应器相叠合时所述第一导电片与所述第一导电端子连接,所述第二导电片与所述第二导电端子连接。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述磁吸元件分别设于所述第一卡扣面与所述第二卡扣面接合面的四周边缘,使所述第一卡扣面与所述第二卡扣面对准地接合固定;透过所述磁吸元件使所述电源供应器与具有磁吸不同功能的装置结合。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的及功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请一并参阅图1和图2,所述本实用新型揭示了一种电源供应器100,所述电源供应器100包含一本体单元10、一第一卡扣面20、一第二卡扣面30、一导电元件21、一导电连接器以及至少一磁吸元件40。
所述本体单元10包含一壳体12、一设置于所述壳体12中的容置空间(图中未标示),以及至少一容置于所述容置空间中的电池芯(图中未标示)。所述壳体12包含一向所述壳体12内凹陷的第一卡扣面20、一相对所述第一卡扣面20,且自所述壳体12向外凸出的第二卡扣面30,且所述第一卡扣面20配合接合所述第二卡扣面30,以及衔接所述第一卡扣面20与所述第二卡扣面30的一侧面50。在这一较佳的实施例中,所述侧面50设有两个与所述电池芯电性连接的输出口51、一个与所述电池芯电性连接的输入口52、四个显示电量的显示灯53以及一开关按钮54。所述电池芯由四颗18650的锂电池组成,透过所述显示灯53来提示所述电池芯的剩余电量。所述输出口51透过传输线传输电量至电子产品,所述输入口52透过传输线给所述电池芯充电。所述开关按钮54连接所述电池芯,控制电源开关且能使所述显示灯53发光,显示所述电池芯的剩余电流。
请一并参阅图1至图4,为了使两个以上的所述电源供应器100便于接合,达成电性相通且电量增加的效果。所述壳体12的上表面设有所述第一卡扣面20,且下表面设有所述第二卡扣面30,透过将所述电源供应器100相互叠放便可达成电性连接的效果。且为了进一步增进使用者的便利性,所述第一卡扣面20与所述第二卡扣面30采用无方向性的设计,方便使用者在叠放时不需挑选叠放方向,在图示之一较佳实施例中,所述第一卡扣面20设有一圆形的导电元件21,所述导电元件21向所述第一卡扣面20凹入,且与所述电池芯电性相通。所述导电元件21包含一第一导电片22以及一第二导电片23,所述第一导电片22环设于所述第二导电片23的外围且同心圆设置。而所述第二卡扣面30设有一与所述电池芯电性相通的导电连接器,在本实施例中的较佳实施例导电连接器为一弹簧针连接器31。所述弹簧针连接器31包含一凸出于所述第二卡扣面30的第一导电端子32以及一凸出于所述第二卡扣面30的第二导电端子33。当所述电源供应器100重叠时,都能使所述第一导电片22与所述第一导电端子32连接,所述第二导电片23与所述第二导电端子33连接。通过所述导电元件21与所述弹簧针连接器31模组化的结构设计,使所述第一卡扣面20以不同角度地配合接合所述第二卡扣面30,都能达成两个以上的所述电源供应器100电性相通且电量增加的效果。
请再一并参阅图3至图5,基于所述导电元件21与所述弹簧针连接器31模组化的结构设计,得以进一步延伸出不同功能的产品,如LED灯100a、蓝牙喇叭100b、无线充电器100c、太阳能充电器100d等。具体地来说,透过所述弹簧针连接器31与所述电源连接器100的所述导电元件21连接来传输电量,使所述LED灯100a、所述蓝牙喇叭100b能在户外活动等没有供电的环境上使用。所述无线充电器100c透过所述弹簧针连接器31与所述电源供应器100的所述导电元件21连接,进而使手机通过所述无线充电器100c达到充电的效果。所述太阳能充电器100d透过所述弹簧针连接器31与所述电源供应器100的所述导电元件21连接为所述电源供应器100充电,从而解决了只能透过传输线给所述电源供应器100充电的问题。
请一并参阅图3和图4,为了防止两个以上的所述电源供应器100叠放时因意外脱离,在所述壳体12上设有至少一所述磁吸元件40。所述磁吸元件40在本实施例中的较佳实施例为一磁铁。所述磁吸元件40分别设于所述第一卡扣面20与所述第二卡扣面30接合面的内侧四周边缘,当所述第一卡扣面20与所述第二卡扣面30靠近时,透过所述磁吸元件40的磁性相吸,使一所述电源供应器100的所述第一卡扣面20配合另一所述电源供应器100的所述第二卡扣面30对准地接合固定,进而使所述导电元件21接始终与所述弹簧针连接器31连接。
请参阅图5,通过所述壳体12设有至少一磁吸元件40,当两个以上所述电源供应器100靠近时,透过所述磁吸元件40磁性相吸,使两个以上所述电源供应器100叠放时不易因意外而脱离。透过所述电源供应器100设有至少一磁吸元件40达成与其他具有所述磁吸元件40的不同功能的装置配合结合,再结合所述导电元件21与所述弹簧针连接器31模组化的结构设计,使延伸出的所述LED灯100a、所述蓝牙喇叭100b、所述无线充电器100c、所述太阳能充电器100d、所述储物盒100e等装置,能透过磁吸元件40的磁性相吸,使不同功能的装置固定地配合接合于所述电源供应器100,使所述导电元件21始终与所述弹簧针连接器31连接。
综上所述,本实用新型电源供应器100透过所述第一卡扣面20配合与所述第二卡扣面30的接合,使至少两个所述电源供应器100接合。再透过磁吸元件40的的磁性相吸,进一步使得第一卡扣面20与所述第二卡扣面30接合固定,进而使得所述导电元件21与所述弹簧针连接器31始终连接,使至少两个电源供应器100电性相通和电量增加。透过此方式能将所述电源供应器100扩充为多种功能的的装置,如所述LED灯100a、所述蓝牙喇叭100b、所述无线充电器100c、所述太阳能充电器100d、所述储物盒100e等。
Claims (3)
1.一种电源供应器,包含
一本体单元,所述本体单元包含一壳体、一设置于所述壳体中的容置空间以及一容置于所述容置空间中的电池芯;
一设置于所述壳体的第一卡扣面,所述第一卡扣面向所述壳体内凹陷;
一设置于所述壳体的第二卡扣面,所述第二卡扣面自所述壳体向外凸出以配合所述第一卡扣面进行接合,且所述第一卡扣面与所述第二卡扣面设置于所述壳体的两相对面上;
至少一设于所述壳体上的磁吸元件,透过所述磁吸元件的磁性相吸,使一电源供应器的所述第一卡扣面配合与另一电源供应器的所述第二卡扣面相互接合固定;
一呈圆形的导电元件,所述导电元件设于所述第一卡扣面,且与所述电池芯电性相通;
一导电连接器,设于所述第二卡扣面,且配合与所述导电元件连接,所述导电连接器与所述电池芯电性相通,使至少两个所述电源供应器电性相连且电性增加。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述导电元件向所述第一卡扣面凹入,且所述导电元件包含一第一导电片以及一第二导电片,所述第一导电片环设于所述第二导电片外围并呈同心圆设置;所述导电连接器为一弹簧针连接器,包含一凸出于所述第二卡扣面的第一导电端子以及一凸出于所述第二卡扣面的第二导电端子;使所述电源供应器相叠合时所述第一导电片与所述第一导电端子连接,所述第二导电片与所述第二导电端子连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述磁吸元件分別设于所述第一卡扣面与所述第二卡扣面接合面的四周边缘,使所述第一卡扣面配合所述第二卡扣面对准地接合固定;透过所述磁吸元件使所述电源供应器与具有磁吸不同功能的装置结合。
