可拆卸电池为各种各样电子设备的使用提供了便利。特别是,可拆卸电池使得这些电子设备更加便携。然而,由于可拆卸电池不是永久的嵌入电子设备,可拆卸电池的壳体或者保护可拆卸电池的电子设备组件变得容易受到外部物质比如水的破坏。这些外部环境物质能够通过电池仓的接缝或者可拆卸电池和电子设备安全组件之间的间隙进入有敏感电子元件的区域。因此,在更容易遭受环境暴露和损害威胁的地方使用需要更加谨慎。
水的损害(或其他液体造成的类似的损害)是对电子设备的最严重的一种破坏。水进入设备,例如通过可拆卸的电池盒进入电子设备,会导致许多问题。从短期来看,液体会导致电子设备短路。从长远来看,液体可以腐蚀电子设备的内部金属部分。因此,有必要在这个领域通过一定的方法来防止水渗透到电子设备中,并且在允许电子设备在潮湿的或有水的环境下使用的同时,保证 电池设计的简洁。
发明内容
由上可知,有必要使用一种方法使得电子设备在使用可拆卸电池时让外部物质无法渗透,如此,电子设备即使暴露在外部环境物质中仍可以继续正常工作。本发明的这些以及其他特点及优点将通过下文中发明概要进行描述,使得本领域内的技术人员可以理解。
相应地,本发明的实施例提供一种可拆卸电池,包括:具有连接接口的壁;以及防水框,设置在所述壁上围绕所述连接接口,其中所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框沿着所述可拆卸电池的具有连接接口的壁固定。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框具有气密性。
本发明的实施例提供一种电池仓,包括:具有连接接口的壁;以及防水框,设置在所述壁上围绕所述连接接口,其中所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框沿着所述电池仓的具有连接接口的壁固定。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框具有气密性。
本发明的实施例提供一种电子设备,包括:电池仓,具有第一连接接口;可拆卸电池,具有第二连接接口,所述可拆卸电池容纳在所述电池仓中,所述第一连接接口与所述第二连接接口相连接;以及防水框,设置在所述可拆卸电池的壁与所述电池仓的壁之间并围绕所述第一连接接口和所述第二连接接口,其中,所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框沿着所述电池仓的壁或者沿着所述可拆卸电池的壁固定。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框由两种或两种以上的防水材料制成。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述防水框具有气密性。
上述连接接口可以是任何能够实现有线或无线电连接的接口,包括用于电池电连接的电池端子,例如触点、触头、触片、插头、插座、插板、插槽 等;还可以包括用于与非电池部件交互的功能组件,例如用于连接通信部件或存储部件的功能组件(例如SIM卡插槽、存储卡插槽)等。
本发明的实施例还提供一种电池密封装置,这种密封装置包括一个由一种或多种弹性防水材料构成,带有安装端和密封端的的防水框,其中,防水框被配置为由安装端固定在电池的壁上,电池壁包含一个或多个电池触点,可以与电子设备的电池仓中一个或多个对应的组件连接,其中防水框被配置为由密封端与电子设备的电池仓的壳体相契合,这样防水框可以将电池壁和电池仓连接起来。

本发明的实施例还提供一种防水电子设备,被配置为防止水通过电池仓渗透入电子设备,包含:拥有一个或多个电池端子的可拆卸电池,上述电池的一个或多个电池端子被配置为与电池仓中一个或多个对应的部分相连接;而且,防水框被固定在电池端子对应的电池仓的壁上,或者被固定在可拆卸电池的包含电池端子的壁上,其中,电池密封被配置在电池和电池仓的连接处,这样防水框就可以在电池壁和电池仓之间形成密封。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,防水框是由一种或多种方式材料构造的。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,防水框还围绕着一个用于一个或多个存储芯片的插槽。

具体实施方式
现在将参考本发明的示例性实施例对本发明进行详细描述。然而,本发明不限于这里所描述的实施例,其可以以许多不同的形式来实施。所描述的实施例仅用于使本公开彻底和完整,并全面地向本领域的技术人员传递本发明的构思。
根据本发明的实施例,一种电池密封装置包含一个由防水材料构建的防水框。在本发明的一种实施例中,防水框由一种橡胶材料组成。其他材料包括例如硅树脂材料如硅氧烷、硅烷和硅橡胶。在其他实施例中,可以用两种以上防水材料的组合来构造防水框。本领域普通技术人员应该明白,有许多类型的防水材料可以使用,而本发明的实施例可以使用任何适当的防水材料。
除了防水材料的成分,这种材料也必须是有弹性,可被挤压的。为了在电池和电池仓之间形成密封以阻止水在两者之间渗透,防水框必须能够被挤压到一个更小的空间。这种适应性挤压可以填充电池和电池仓间的任何缝隙。
在本发明的某些实施例中,防水框是沿着电池壁固定的。因此,防水框可以根据电池壁与电子设备相连接的部分的形状调整为各种形状和大小。如果电池是长方体(或类似长方体但边角是弧形的),电池壁大致是方形的,那么防水框可以配置为一个矩形结构。如果电池是圆柱形,电池壁可能是圆形的,在这种情况下防水框也是圆形的。
在其他实施例中,防水框可能被做成与电池壁不同的形状。例如,在一个长方体电池上,防水框可以是圆形的。在这些实施例中,决定防水框形状的重要因素是防水框能够在电池和电子设备之间形成密封,这样可以保护敏感的连接接口,例如电触点和其他敏感组件(如,SIM卡插槽、存储卡插槽等等),与外部环境物质隔离。
在本发明的某些实施例中,防水框是被固定在带有电池端子的壁上的。电池端子是电池的任意一种可以与电子设备产生电接触的组件。例如,一个圆柱形干电池有两个电池端子:一端是突出的正极,另一端是平的负极。干电池的正极可以与电子设备的电池仓中一个或多个导电条(例如,金属)链接形成电接触,而负极与电池仓中的弹簧相连。由于电池端子和电池仓的电触点必须产生电接触,本发明实施例的防水框可以被设计为安装到带有这类电池端子的壁上。
本发明实施例的功能不受电池端子类型的限制。例如,一个电池端子可以包含螺旋弹簧,螺旋弹簧通常被发现用于6伏的提灯电池。而很多手机的电 池则会采用平面触点。
电池中可能还包括其他附加的与非电池部件交互的功能组件。例如,电池可能包括无线充电所需要的一个或多个功能组件。或者,电池中也可能包括用于近场通信(NFC)或其他形式的通信(如WIFI,CDMA,GSM)的一个或多个功能组件。
由此,本发明的实施例提供一种可拆卸电池,包括:具有连接接口的壁;以及防水框,设置在所述壁上围绕所述连接接口,其中所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。同时,本发明的实施例还提供一种电池仓,包括:具有连接接口的壁;以及防水框,设置在所述壁上围绕所述连接接口,其中所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。此外,本发明的实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括:电池仓,具有第一连接接口;可拆卸电池,具有第二连接接口,所述可拆卸电池容纳在所述电池仓中,所述第一连接接口与所述第二连接接口相连接;以及防水框,设置在所述可拆卸电池的壁与所述电池仓的壁之间并围绕所述第一连接接口和所述第二连接接口,其中,所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。这里的连接接口可以包括触点、触头、触片、插头、插座、插板、插槽、功能组件、和/或其它能够实现有线或无线电连接的任意接口。
根据本发明的实施例,防水框可以通过一种或多种固定方式固定在电池或者电池仓上。在本发明的优选实施方式中,固定方式可以包括但不限于干燥粘合剂如白胶、接触黏合剂、橡胶胶水和热粘合剂如苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBC)。本发明还可以使用其他实施方式,比如用套紧、卡扣或者其他连接方式将防水框固定在电池壁上(如图示6所示)。本发明还可以进一步使用螺丝、扣钉、螺栓等方式将防水框固定到电池上对应的固定点上(如图示7所示)。对本领域的普通技术人员来说显而易见的是,可以使用的固定方式有很多种,本发明的实施方式会考虑使用任何合适的固定方法。
在一般情况下,电池仓是把电池固定在电子设备内部的一个或者多个仓室之一。为了运作电子设备,电池仓体的组件必须与电池的组件(通常是电池触点)产生电接触。
本发明的实施例中,在运作电子设备的过程中电池的密封不会影响电池的功能。本发明旨在填补把可拆卸电池插入或者安装到电子设备中时相应的电池仓和电池间产生的任何缝隙或连接点。相应的,本发明被设计为电池密封的防水框不会影响任何电池组件和与之对应的电池仓组件之间的连接。
各种类型的电池都可以加装使用本发明来使电子设备的电池仓达到防水的效果。这些电池可以带有其他的附加功能组件需要保护免受水的损害。相应地,本发明的实施例包含的防水框可以环绕或者进一步围绕这些附加功能组件,同时为附加功能组件和电池端子提供保护。附加功能组件包括一个或多个用于一个或多个存储芯片的插槽。最有代表性的是手机电池。例如,手机电池的电池壁边上可能包括存储卡插槽和/或的用户识别模块(SIM)卡插槽。
在某些实施例中,在电池与电子设备的连接处附近,在电子设备上还有其他功能组件。例如,一个电子设备的电池仓中也可能还包括了存储卡和/或SIM卡的插槽。在这些实施例中,防水框可以被固定在电池上,这样电子设备的这些功能组件,以及电池的接线端子,都可以被电池和电子设备连接时防水框形成的密封保护着。
图示2、图示3和图示4展示的是可拆卸防水电池(10)被设置为防止水通过电池仓(17)渗透到电子设备(1)中。电池是一个可拆卸电池,有顶部,底部,至少一个电池壁(13)、一个或多个电池端子(12)与电池仓(17)中对应的部分连接,和一个沿着包含电池端子(12)的电池壁(13)的周围固定着的防水框(11)。防水框(11)与电池仓(17)配合,这样,当电池(10)插入到电子设备(1)的电池仓(17)中时,防水框(11)密封住了电池(10)和电池仓(17)之间的连接点。
在本实施例中,防水框(11)是矩形的。根据带有电池端子(12)的壁的结构,防水框可以调整为任何形状或大小。
在本发明的实施例中,电池在不同的壁上有多个电池端子的情况下,每个壁(13)上的每个电池端子(12)都会被防水框(11)包围。
图5展示的是为防止水渗透到电子设备(1)的电池仓(17)中而配置的一个防水可拆卸电池(10)。电池包括一个可拆卸电池,有顶部、底部,至少有一个电池壁(13),一个或多个电池端子(12)可以与电池仓(17)相应的部分连接,并包括一个固定在电池仓(17)壁上的防水框(11)。防水框(11)与电池(10)相结合,这样,当电池(10)插入到电子设备(1)的电池仓(17)中时,防水框(11)密封住了电池(10)和电池仓(17)之间的连接点。
除了电池端子,可能有额外的可连接交互的电池的壁需要防水保护。相应地,在本发明的实施例中这些连接电池的壁也是由防水框围绕着的。可连接交互的电池壁是电池的一个壁,上面包含至少一个交互元件用于与非电池元件进行交互.这些交互可以是物理的或者非物理的(如电子的、数字的、磁性的、 电磁的或无线电波方式的等等)。在本发明的其他实施例中,防水框围绕着一个或多个交互元件而不是整个壁。
交互元件的类型包括被配置成在电池仓中正确连接电池的连接器(14)或为电池的功能提供适当的电气连接的连接器。例如针对手机来说,电池连接器包括一个插脚连接在充电过程中侦测电池内部温度的热敏电阻。相应地,在本发明的实施例中,可拆卸防水电池(10)的壁上的连接器(14)的周围被防水框(11)包围着。
在本发明的某些实施例中,防水框(11)可以配置为与凹槽配合的方式使得可拆卸电池(10)和电池仓(17)之间的密封更安全。匹配凹槽可以是沟道、凹口或类似的结构,旨在接纳全部或部分的防水框(11)用来提供防水密封。在防水框(11)被安装在可拆卸防水电池(10)上的实施例中,匹配凹槽被设计在电池仓(17)上,在防水框(11)被安装在电池仓(17)的实施例中,匹配槽被设计在可拆卸防水电池(10)上。
在本发明的某些实施例中,防水框(11)形成的防水密封甚至是气密的,不仅仅是可以防水,也可以防止灰尘、空气或其他任何大小的微粒。在本领域内一个普通技术人员应该知道,可以用本发明的实施例可以形成各种类型的密封,包括气密密封,防水密封等。本发明的实施例会考虑使用任何适当类型的密封形式。
在本发明的一种实施例中,一个电池带有用于无线充电的一个或多个组件。例如,无线充电组件可能包括一个或多个感应线圈,用来接收或发送交流电磁场。在本发明的其他实施例中,防水框围绕着至少部分无线充电组件(例如,无线充电线圈的接头)。
在本发明的一种实施例中,一个电池的交互壁会有一个或多个用于无线通信(如NFC)的通信组件。例如,通信组件可能包括一个或多个用于NFC的天线或用于WIFI信号的天线或用于移动信号的天线(如GSM、GSM、CDMA)。在本发明的其他实施例中,防水框围绕着至少部分通信组件(例如,天线的接头)。
在本发明的实施例中,一个电池可能有多个防水框:一个安装在带有一个端子的壁上,另一个安装在一个或多个功能组件(如,无线充电组件、通信组件)的壁上。或者,如果端子和功能组件位于同一壁,本发明的实施例只需要一个防水框,或者使用多个防水框分别围绕端子和功能组件。
在本发明的一种实施例中,一个额外的防水框(11)围绕着包含有一个或多个用于存储芯片的插槽(15)的壁。这些存储芯片包括用户识别模块(SIM)卡和存储卡(16)。在图示实施例中,一个防水框(11)同时隔离了一个电池端子(12)和用于一个或多个存储芯片(16)的插入槽(15)。
在本发明的一种实施例中,可拆卸防水电池(10)的每个壁都被防水框(11)围绕。这种实施例可以密封在电子设备的电池仓中插入可拆卸电池时形成任何的间隙或裂隙。
或者防水框被配置成只是围绕电池的四周或者电池顶端的周边,而不是在多个壁上有多个围绕必要的电子元件的防水框。
在进一步实施例中,防水框可被附加到电池仓上并和电池连接,而不是把防水框附加到电池上,这样就可以在电池仓和电池之间形成防水密封,使组件受到适当的保护。
如图4所示,本发明可以通过从电池仓抬起的方式拔出电池,同时通过把可拆卸防水电池压入电池仓的方式插入。另外,还可以通过把电池滑出或滑入电池仓的方式移除和插入电池。
虽然上述本发明的实施例重点讨论在电池和电子设备之间形成的防水的密封方式,但本领域内的一个普通技术人员应该知道这种密封也可以有其他用途。例如,更严密的气密性的密封可以防止组件暴露在空气或者其他微粒中。进一步的实施例可能没有形成防水的密封,但是密封的效果足以防止较大的微粒(如灰尘、碎片)进入到电池仓。这些密封效果都可以考虑使用本发明的实施例。
除了上述披露的实施例,还有一些其他的实施例对于阅读过上述描述的本领域内的技术人员来说是显而易见的。在完全不背离本发明的精神和范围的条件下,本发明的各方面可以有各种方式的修改。相应的,上述图示和描述只是说为了解释和说明,而不应该被理解为是一种局限。
本领域技术人员应该理解,可以根据设计需求和其它因素对本发明进行各种修改、组合、部分组合和替换,只要它们在所附权利要求或其等同的范围内,即属于本发明所要保护的权利范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸电池,包括:
    具有连接接口的壁;以及
    防水框,设置在所述壁上围绕所述连接接口,
    其中所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池,其中所述防水框沿着所述可拆卸电池的具有连接接口的壁固定。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池,其中所述防水框具有气密性。
  4. 一种电池仓,包括:
    具有连接接口的壁;以及
    防水框,设置在所述壁上围绕所述连接接口,
    其中所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电池仓,其中所述防水框沿着所述电池仓的具有连接接口的壁固定。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电池仓,其中所述防水框具有气密性。
  7. 一种电子设备,包括:
    电池仓,具有第一连接接口;
    可拆卸电池,具有第二连接接口,所述可拆卸电池容纳在所述电池仓中,所述第一连接接口与所述第二连接接口相连接;以及
    防水框,设置在所述可拆卸电池的壁与所述电池仓的壁之间并围绕所述第一连接接口和所述第二连接接口,
    其中,所述防水框由弹性防水材料制成。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中所述防水框沿着所述电池仓的壁或者沿着所述可拆卸电池的壁固定。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中所述防水框由两种或两种以上的防水材料制成。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中所述防水框具有气密性。
