Abstract
【解決手段】容器10、20、30、40内に設けられた吸着ベッドにおいてガス成分を吸着することによりガス混合物を分離するステップを含んでいる圧力スイング吸着プロセスであり、この分離するステップは少なくとも2段階圧力等化により行われ、複数の容器の容器当り5個以下のバルブ10A、20A、30A、40Aにより行われる。このプロセスは、吸着ステップと、圧力が減少する少なくとも2つの段階を有する第1の等化ステップと、パージステップと、および圧力が増加する少なくとも2つの段階を有する第2の圧力等化ステップとを含んでいる。

Description
以下、添付図面を参照として本発明の実施形態を説明する。以下の説明において、実質的に同じ機能および構成を有する構成要素を同じ参照符号で示し、必要なときにのみその説明を繰返す。
Claims (4)
- 複数の容器内に設けられた吸着ベッドにおいて少なくとも1つのガス成分を吸着することによりガス混合物を分離するステップを含んでおり、
この分離するステップは最初にn個の容器に対して圧力スイング吸着サイクルを使用して行われ、ここでnは前記分離するステップを行うために最初に動作した容器の数に等しく、
1個の特定の容器およびその特定の容器に直接関連した1つのバルブの少なくとも一方が故障したとき、前記分離するステップはその特定の容器をバイパスすることによりn−1個の容器に対して圧力スイング吸着サイクルを使用して行われる圧力スイング吸着プロセス。 - 分離するステップは少なくとも2段階の圧力等化処理を含んでおり、容器当り5個以下のバルブにより行われる請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 循環的に動作される複数の容器内に設けられた吸着ベッドにおいて少なくとも1つのガス成分を吸着することによりガス混合物を分離するステップを含んでいる圧力スイング吸着プロセスにおいて、
吸着ステップと、
少なくとも2つの段階を有し、圧力を減少させる第1の圧力等化ステップと、
パージステップと、
少なくとも2つの段階を有し、圧力を増加させる第2の圧力等化ステップとを含んでおり、
前記プロセスは最初にn個の容器に対して圧力スイング吸着サイクルを使用して行われ、ここでnはこのプロセスを行うために最初に動作した容器の数に等しく、
1個の特定の容器およびその特定の容器に直接関連した1つのバルブの少なくとも一方が故障したとき、前記プロセスはその特定の容器をバイパスすることによりn−1個の容器に対して圧力スイング吸着サイクルを使用して行われる圧力スイング吸着プロセス。 - 前記プロセスは、容器当り5個以下のバルブにより行われる請求項3記載の圧力スイング吸着プロセス。
