Abstract
【解決手段】間仕切壁10においては、複数組のスタッド22a,22bがランナ21a,21bの長手方向に沿って並ぶように配置されており、スタッド22a,22bを挟んで一対の下地材16a,16bが配置されている。一組のスタッド22a,22bは、スタッド溝の開放側が互いに向かい合っており、隣り合う各組のスタッド22a,22bは、それらスタッド22a,22b同士が背中合わせになるように配列されている。背中合わせのスタッド22a,22bにおいては、それぞれ2つのフランジのうち一方が下地材16に固定されるのに対し、他方が下地材16に固定されずその下地材16との間に隙間が形成されている。

本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、例えば次のように実施してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 対向する2つの長尺材を一組の長尺材とし、その一組の長尺材に両端が保持された状態で両長尺材の間に断熱材が設けられるとともに、複数組の長尺材が、長尺材の一部を突き合わせて並ぶように設けられ、それら各長尺材を挟んで両側に一対の壁面材が取り付けられる建物の壁構造であり、
隣り合う各組の長尺材で一部を突き合わせている2つの長尺材が、互いに離間して設けられるとともに前記一対の壁面材に対してそれぞれ異なる壁面材に固定され、該2つの長尺材において固定側とは反対側の壁面材とは離間されていることを特徴とする建物の壁構造。 - 前記一組の長尺材が、それぞれ異なる壁面材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建物の壁構造。
- 前記一組の長尺材が、それぞれ同一の壁面材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建物の壁構造。
- 前記断熱材を挟む一組の長尺材とそれから離間して設けられる一方の壁面材との隙間と、隣り合う各組長尺材の間の隙間とを通じて、断熱性及び遮音性の少なくともいずれかを有するシート材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建物の壁構造。
- 隣り合う各組長尺材の間に、断熱性及び遮音性の少なくともいずれかを有する隙間埋め部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の建物の壁構造。
