Abstract
【解決手段】圧着端子10の芯線圧着部12を載置可能な芯線圧着用下金型36と、芯線圧着用下金型36に対向配置された芯線圧着用上金型46と、これらの金型36,46を接近離隔移動させる駆動機構部50と、芯線圧着用下金型36上に載置された芯線圧着部12上で露出芯線部17aの先端部に当接可能な規制位置とその規制位置から退避した退避位置との間で移動可能に設けられたストッパ62を有する位置規制部60と、駆動機構部50による接近移動動作に応じてストッパ62を退避位置に向けて移動させると共に、駆動機構部50による離隔移動動作に応じてストッパ62を規制位置に向けて移動させる接近離隔動作伝達部材70とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 圧着端子の芯線圧着部を電線端部の露出芯線部に圧着する端子圧着装置であって、
前記芯線圧着部を載置可能な下金型と、
前記下金型に対向配置され、前記下金型への相対的な接近移動により、前記下金型との間で前記下金型上に載置された前記芯線圧着部を前記露出芯線部に圧着する上金型と、
前記下金型と前記上金型とを相対的に接近離隔移動させる駆動機構部と、
前記下金型上に載置された前記芯線圧着部上で前記露出芯線部の先端部に当接可能な規制位置と前記下金型及び前記上金型の移動経路から退避した退避位置との間で移動可能に設けられたストッパを有する位置規制部と、
前記駆動機構部による接近離隔移動動作に連動して移動し、前記駆動機構部による接近移動動作に応じて前記ストッパを前記退避位置に向けて移動させると共に、前記駆動機構部による離隔移動動作に応じて前記ストッパを前記規制位置に向けて移動させる接近離隔動作伝達部材と、
を備える端子圧着装置。 - 請求項1記載の端子圧着装置であって、
前記位置規制部は、前記ストッパを前記規制位置と前記退避位置との間で移動自在に支持するストッパ支持部と、前記ストッパを前記規制位置に向けて付勢する付勢部材とを有し、
前記接近離隔動作伝達部材は、前記駆動機構部による接近移動動作に応じて前記付勢部材による付勢力に抗して前記ストッパを前記退避位置に向けて移動させる移動力を付与すると共に、前記駆動機構部による離隔移動動作に応じて前記移動力を解除して前記付勢部材の付勢力により前記ストッパを前記規制位置に向けて移動させる、端子圧着装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の端子圧着装置であって、
前記位置規制部のストッパは、前記圧着端子の芯線圧着部の軸方向に沿って、前記規制位置と前記退避位置との間で移動可能に設けられている、端子圧着装置。
