Abstract
【解決手段】マニホールド本体14の吸気管側溶着リブ22、及び、ガス導入室ハウジング17のハウジング側溶着リブ23を、互いに平行をなすとともに高低差を有する2箇所の垂直平面部30,31と、それらの間に位置する傾斜面部32,33とにより構成した。加えて、垂直平面部30,31及び傾斜面部32,33を、交互に連なって環状をなすようにした。

Description
請求項3に記載の発明は、前記第1部材は、インテークマニホールドの相互に一体化された複数の吸気管であり、前記第2部材は、前記吸気管の管壁の外側に溶着され、同管壁の外側にブローバイガスの導入室を区画形成するハウジングであり、前記吸気管の管壁には前記導入室内のブローバイガスを吸気管内に導入するための導入口を形成したことを特徴とする。
この発明においては、第1部材と第2部材との溶着部の外側に、振動溶着時に互いに当接する部分を設ける必要がないため、各部材を成形するための型構造の複雑化を避けることができる。また、突部と凹部との嵌合により傾斜面部のすべりを防止でき、第1及び第2部材同士の接合強度が向上する。
図1及び図2に示すように、インテークマニホールド10は、図示しないスロットル弁を介して上流側のエアクリーナに接続されるサージタンク11と、このサージタンク11に接続された複数の吸気管12と、各吸気管12を内燃機関Egのシリンダブロックに接続するためのフランジ部13とを備えている。複数の吸気管12は、サージタンク11側において一体になって一体部12aが形成されている。このインテークマニホールド10は、合成樹脂製の4つの成形部材、すなわち、第1部材としてのマニホールド本体14、タンクカバー15、吸気管ハウジング16、及び、第2部材としてのガス導入室ハウジング17を一体化して構成されている。
(1)吸気管側溶着リブ22及びハウジング側溶着リブ23を、互いに平行をなすとともに高低差を有する2箇所の垂直平面部30,31と、それらの間に位置する傾斜面部32,33とにより構成した。加えて、傾斜面部32,33に、凹凸の関係で嵌合する突部34及び凹部35を形成した。従って、振動溶着時における傾斜面部32,33間の滑りを防止し、溶着面32a,33a間に加わる加圧力を均等にすることができるため、マニホールド本体14とガス導入室ハウジング17との接合強度を向上することができる。加えて、前記特許文献1に記載の構成とは異なり、マニホールド本体14及びガス導入室ハウジング17において吸気管側溶着リブ22及びハウジング側溶着リブ23の外部に当接部及び受け部を設ける必要がないため、その型構造の複雑化を招かないようにすることができる。
・この発明を、インテークマニホールド10におけるマニホールド本体14のサージタンク11の構成部分とタンクカバー15との溶着構造に具体化すること。
・この発明を、互いに超音波溶着される2部材の溶着構造に具体化すること。
Claims (3)
- 高低差を有するとともに互いに平行をなす2箇所の平面部と、それらの平面部間に位置する傾斜面部とを有する第1部材と、前記平面部及び傾斜面部と対応する平面部及び傾斜面部を有する第2部材とを備え、第1部材及び第2部材をそれらの前記平面部及び傾斜面部において溶着した溶着構造において、
前記第1、第2部材の傾斜面部に凹凸の関係で嵌合する突部及び凹部を形成したことを特徴とする溶着構造。 - 前記第1、第2部材の両平面部及び傾斜面部は、交互に位置し、全体として環状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶着構造。
- 前記第1部材は、インテークマニホールドの相互に一体化された複数の吸気管であり、前記第2部材は、前記吸気管の管壁の外側に溶着され、同管壁の外側にブローバイガスの導入室を区画形成するハウジングであり、前記吸気管の管壁には前記導入室内のブローバイガスを吸気管内に導入するための導入口を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶着構造。
