Abstract
【解決手段】 ベースプレート33と、フレキシャ39が設けられるロードビーム35と、電圧の印加状態に応じて変形する圧電素子13が少なくとも電気絶縁層51を介して固設された取付部33と、を備え、圧電素子13の変形に従ってロードビーム33の先端側をスウェイ方向に変位させるヘッドサスペンションであって、電気絶縁層51は、電気絶縁性を有する高分子化合物を蒸着重合することで取付部33に形成されている。

Description
図1は、本発明実施例に係るヘッドサスペンションの外観斜視図である。
図2は、本発明実施例に係るヘッドサスペンションに組み込まれる圧電アクチュエータの外観斜視図、図3は、本圧電アクチュエータのA−A線に沿う矢視断面図である。
本発明は、上述した実施例に限られるものではなく、請求の範囲及び明細書全体から読み取れる発明の要旨、あるいは技術思想に反しない範囲で適宜変更可能であり、そのような変更を伴うヘッドサスペンションもまた、本発明における技術的範囲の射程に包含されるものである。

Claims (4)
- ベースプレートと、フレキシャが設けられるロードビームと、電圧の印加状態に応じて変形する圧電素子が少なくとも電気絶縁層を介して固設された取付部と、を備え、前記圧電素子の変形に従って前記ロードビームの先端側をスウェイ方向に変位させる機能を有するヘッドサスペンションであって、
前記電気絶縁層は、
電気絶縁性を有する高分子化合物を蒸着重合することで前記取付部に形成されている、
ことを特徴とするヘッドサスペンション。 - 請求項1記載のヘッドサスペンションであって、
前記電気絶縁層は、
前記取付部のうち、少なくとも前記圧電素子と対面する部分を覆うように形成されている、
ことを特徴とするヘッドサスペンション。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のヘッドサスペンションであって、
前記電気絶縁性を有する高分子化合物は、ポリイミド樹脂である、
ことを特徴とするヘッドサスペンション。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のヘッドサスペンションであって、
前記取付部は、前記ベースプレートに形成した開口部であり、当該開口部に前記圧電素子を嵌め込み式に固設してある、
ことを特徴とするヘッドサスペンション。
