互いに接着された1より多くのウエハから形成されたダイであって、各ウエハが上面と底面とを有し、接着されたウエハが複数のダイとなるように切断された該ダイと、
適用された場に従って変化する特性を有するアクティブエレメントであって、該ダイの底面上に集積され、光学エレメントが該ダイの1より多くの面上に形成された該アクティブエレメントとを含むシステム。 - 上記アクティブエレメントが、電流が流された場合に、その磁気特性が変化する薄膜コンダクタを含む請求項1のシステム。

- 上記補正エレメントが、回折エレメントである請求項20のシステム。
- 上記屈折エレメントが、非球面レンズである請求項19のシステム。
- 上記ダイが、少なくとも1の追加の屈折エレメントを含み、該ダイの全ての屈折エレメントが、高い開口数を有する材料中に形成された請求項19のシステム。
- 互いに接着された1より多くのウエハから形成されたダイを含む集積されたマイクロ光学装置であって、
各ウエハが表面と底面とを有し、接着されたウエハが複数のダイを生じるように切断され、少なくとも2つの光学エレメントが各ダイの夫々の面上に形成され、該少なくとも2つの光学エレメントの少なくとも1つが屈折エレメントであり、結果として各ダイの光学システムが高い開口数を有する集積されたマイクロ光学装置。 - 上記屈折エレメントが、球面レンズであり、上記ダイが、更に、該球面レンズにより表される収差を補正するための補正エレメントを含む請求項25の集積されたマイクロ光学装置。
- 上記補正エレメントが、上記球面レンズの近くに隣接した面上にある請求項26の集積されたマイクロ光学装置。
- 上記補正エレメントが、回折エレメントである請求項26の集積されたマイクロ光学装置。
- 上記屈折エレメントが、非球面レンズである請求項25の集積されたマイクロ光学装置。
- 上記ダイが、少なくとも1の追加の屈折エレメントを含み、上記ダイの全ての屈折エレメントが、高い開口数を有する材料中に形成された請求項25の集積されたマイクロ光学装置。
- 上記屈折エレメントが、底部ウエハ上にあり、該底部ウエハの屈折率より高い屈折率を有する材料からなる請求項25の集積されたマイクロ光学装置。
