Abstract

Claims (5)
- 所定量の流体がポンプの動作によってコンジットを通って移動したかどうか決定するために流体ポンプの動作によってコンジットを通る流体フローを検知する方法であって、
前記コンジット内の圧力を測定すること、
前記ポンプの動作によって前記コンジットを通る流体の動きに関連した前記コンジット内の圧力の増加の期間を決定すること、
増加した圧力の前記決定した期間と、所定量の流体が前記コンジットを通って移動されることが期待される期間とを比較すること、
を含む流体フロー検知方法。 - 更に、その増加した圧力の決定された期間と所定量の流体が前記コンジットを通って移動されることが期待される期間の範囲とを比較することを含む、請求項1に記載の流体フロー検知方法。
- 圧力の前記増加の期間は、
前記コンジットを通る強制的な流体の動きの開始に関連した圧力の初期増加に対応する圧力増加時間を決定すること、
前記コンジットを通る強制的な流体の動きに関連した増加した圧力値を下回る圧力降下に対応する圧力降下時間の決定すること、および
前記圧力降下時間から前記圧力増加時間を引くことによって、決定される、請求項1又は2に記載の流体フロー検知方法。 - 更に、前記ポンプの動作に起因して前記コンジットを通る強制的な流体の動きに関連したコンジット内の増加した圧力の期間、圧力信号の時間積分を計算し、その計算された積分値と所定量の流体がコンジットを通って移動することが期待される値とを比較することを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の流体フロー検知方法。
- 更に、その計算された積分値と所定量の流体が前記コンジットを通って移動されることが期待される値の範囲とを比較することを含む、請求項4に記載の流体フロー検知方法。
