Abstract

Claims (10)
- 第1の微粉PTFE樹脂及び第2の微粉PTFE樹脂を含む延伸PTFE樹脂を含んでなる多孔質延伸PTFE物品であって、第1のPTFE樹脂は第2のPTFE樹脂から形成されるフィブリルより多くかつ長いフィブリル(24)を形成する特性を有し、第2のPTFE樹脂は第1のPTFE樹脂から形成されるノードより太いノード(22)を形成する特性を有し、当該延伸PTFE物品は複数のノード及びフィブリルを含みかつ約100μm以上の厚さを有する、多孔質延伸PTFE物品。
- 当該延伸PTFE物品が約100〜約380μmの厚さを有する、請求項1記載の多孔質延伸PTFE物品。
- 当該延伸PTFE物品が約1.0オンス/平方ヤード以上の単位重量を有する、請求項1記載の多孔質延伸PTFE物品。
- 当該延伸PTFE物品が約1.0ポンド重/インチ以上の機械方向剥離強さを有する、請求項1記載の多孔質延伸PTFE物品。
- 当該延伸PTFE物品が横方向に約3〜約15倍延伸されかつ機械方向に0〜約12倍延伸される、請求項1記載の多孔質延伸PTFE物品。
- 第1の微粉PTFE樹脂及び第2の微粉PTFE樹脂を含む延伸PTFE膜(12)を含んでなるミクロ濾過膜であって、第1のPTFE樹脂は第2のPTFE樹脂から形成されるフィブリルより多くかつ長いフィブリル(24)を形成する特性を有し、第2のPTFE樹脂は第1のPTFE樹脂から形成されるノードより太いノード(22)を形成する特性を有し、前記延伸PTFE膜は複数のノード及びフィブリルを含みかつ約100μm以上の厚さを有する、ミクロ濾過膜。
- 前記延伸PTFE膜(12)が約100〜約380μmの厚さを有する、請求項6記載のミクロ濾過膜。
- 前記延伸PTFE膜(12)が約1.0オンス/平方ヤード以上の単位重量を有する、請求項6記載のミクロ濾過膜。
- 前記延伸PTFE膜(12)が約1.0ポンド重/インチ以上の機械方向剥離強さを有する、請求項6記載のミクロ濾過膜。
- 前記延伸PTFE膜(12)が横方向に約3〜約15倍延伸されかつ機械方向に0〜約12倍延伸される、請求項6記載のミクロ濾過膜。
