Description
・従来のコイル間の相互接続が排除される。
・整流器71は、欠陥のあるコイル42を分離し、残った正常なコイル42の作動を可能にする。
・分離シングルフルパワー三相整流器用に高い評価を受けている構成部品と比較した場合、大量生産される低コストな単相整流器71の採用により、コストは、従来の構成より低下する。
・各コイル42に並んで配置される単相ブリッジ整流器71は、コイル42のための冷却構造を共有するように、統合できるため、分離整流器冷却設備が不要となる。
・各コイル42は、コンダクタ内の渦電流とそれによる損失を許容レベルに保つために必要なコンダクタのサイズを縮小するため、2以上のコンダクタで平行に巻いてもよい。この場合、コイル42の各コンダクタには分離整流器ブリッジが与えられるとよい。万一、1つのコンダクタ又はその整流器の故障の場合には、コイル42の他のコンダクタが作動を継続することができる。
Claims (18)
- ロータと、
前記ロータのアウターリムの周囲に配置されて半径方向の磁界を形成する磁石の配列と、
前記ロータを同心円状に囲み、前記磁石のための磁束帰路を定める強磁性ワイヤ巻線を含んで構成されるスロットレスステータと、
前記ステータ上の複数のコイルと、
を含んで構成される、水力発電タービン。 - 前記コイルは、前記ワイヤ巻線の半径方向内側に配置される、請求項1記載のタービン。
- 個々のコイルは、前記ステータに、絡み付けられることなく、機械的に取付けられる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のタービン。
- 前記コイルは、互いに絡み付けられていない、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記コイルは、前記磁石の配列を同心円状に囲む環状配列を定めるように並べて配置される、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記コイルにおける誘導起電力は、全てが同相となるものではない、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 各コイルは、前記ステータに固着される、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 各コイルは、実質的に長円の経路に沿って巻かれる、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 各コイルは、専用の整流器を備える、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記整流器は、前記ステータに取付けられる、請求項9記載のタービン。
- 各整流器は、それぞれのコイルに極めて近接して取付けられる、請求項9又は請求項10記載のタービン。
- 各コイルは、流体密封のコーティング又はハウジング内に入れられる、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 各コイルとそれぞれの整流器は、共に、流体密封のコーティング又はハウジング内に入れられる、請求項9〜請求項11のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記コーティング又はハウジングは、電気的に絶縁される、請求項12又は請求項13記載のタービン。
- 各整流器は、ダイオードブリッジ又はハーフブリッジを含んで構成される、請求項9〜請求項14のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記整流器は、共通DC出力に接続される、請求項9〜請求項15のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記整流器は、互いに接続されて複数のグループを形成し、そのグループ内において前記整流器同士は並列に接続され、前記複数のグループ同士は直列に接続される、請求項9〜請求項16のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
- 前記ステータ巻線は、非絶縁鉄ワイヤから形成される、請求項1〜請求項17のいずれか1つに記載のタービン。
