Claims (9)
- ジンバルであって、
第1半径の部分的に球形である内面を有したソケットと、
該ソケット内に配置され、前記第1半径よりも小さな第2半径の部分的に球形である外面を有したボールと、
該ボールの前記外面に搭載されている第1アレイの電磁石と、
前記ソケットの前記内面に搭載されている第2アレイの電磁石と、
前記ソケット内で前記ボールを支持するために前記2つのアレイの電磁石の異なる電磁石に対して選択的に電力を供給する手段と、
を含んで成り、前記ボールと前記ソケットの部分的に球形である面は共通中心を有して実質的に同心状態であり、前記電力供給手段は該ソケットに対する該ボールの空間方向性を制御することを特徴とするジンバル。 - ボールは第1アレイと第2アレイの電磁石間の相互磁性反発力によりソケット内で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のジンバル。
- 第1アレイと第2アレイのそれぞれは規則的な対称パターンで配列された複数の電磁石を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のジンバル。
- 第1アレイと第2アレイの両方の電磁石は同一パターンで配列されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のジンバル。
- 第2アレイの電磁石間の分離距離は第1アレイの電磁石間の分離距離よりも大きく、該第1アレイと該第2アレイの対状態の電磁石は共通中心から共通半径の位置に存在することを特徴とする請求項4記載のジンバル。
- ボールは第1アレイと第2アレイの一部の電磁石間の相互磁性反発力によってソケット内で支持され、該ソケットに対する該ボールの空間方向性は該第1アレイと該第2アレイの異なる電磁石間の磁性相互作用によって制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のジンバル。
- ボールは中空であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のジンバル。
- カメラがボール内に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のジンバル。
- 添付の図面を利用して実質的に解説されているジンバル。
