Claims (3)
- 第1固定子導体、第2固定子導体、及び第3固定子導体を備える固定子であって、前記第1固定子導体は、第1全体軌跡を辿り、前記第2固定子導体は、前記第1全体軌跡と異なる第2全体軌跡を辿り、前記第3固定子導体は、前記第1及び第2全体軌跡と異なる第3全体軌跡を辿り、前記第1固定子導体、前記第2固定子導体、及び前記第3固定子導体は、一つになって表面の全体形状を形作る、固定子と、
前記固定子に隣接して配置され、前記固定子に対して動くことができる電機子であって、間隔を空けて配置された複数の電機子コイルを含み、各電機子コイルは、電気的に励磁されると磁界を発生させるように構成される、電機子と、
前記第1、第2、及び第3固定子導体並びに前記電機子コイルに結合された制御器であって、
(i)前記第1、第2、及び第3固定子導体に直流電流(DC)を供給し、
(ii)前記電機子コイルのうちの1又は複数にDCを供給し、それによって、前記固定子導体と相互作用する1又は複数の磁界を発生させると共に前記固定子導体に対する前記1又は複数の磁界の向きを変化させ、それによって、前記固定子に対する、1又は複数の垂直軸の周りにおける前記電機子の所望の回転を発生させる
ように構成された制御器と、
を備える多自由度電磁機械。 - 前記電機子に結合された複数の永久磁石であって、各電機子コイルが、前記永久磁石のうちの1又は複数に対応付けられている、永久磁石を更に備え、
前記固定子は、透磁性材料から形成され外部表面を有する第1本体を更に備え、前記外部表面の少なくとも一部は、前記表面の前記全体形状を有し、
前記第1固定子導体、前記第2固定子導体、及び前記第3固定子導体は、前記固定子の前記外部表面の少なくとも前記一部に少なくとも隣接して配置され、
前記表面は球形であり、
前記第1、第2、及び第3全体軌跡は、前記第1固定子導体、前記第2固定子導体、及び前記第3固定子導体が互いに対して所定の角度を向くようになっている、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 固定子と電機子を含む多自由度電磁機械を制御するための方法であって、前記固定子は、第1固定子導体、第2固定子導体、及び第3固定子導体を含み、前記第1固定子導体は、第1全体軌跡を辿り、前記第2固定子導体は、前記第1全体軌跡と異なる第2全体軌跡を辿り、前記第3固定子導体は、前記第1及び第2全体軌跡と異なる第3全体軌跡を辿り、前記第1固定子導体、前記第2固定子導体、及び前記第3固定子導体は、一つになって表面の全体形状を形作り、前記電機子は、前記固定子に隣接して配置され、前記固定子に対して動くことができ、間隔を空けて配置された複数の電機子コイルを含み、前記方法は、
前記第1、第2、及び第3固定子導体のうちの1又は複数に直流電流(DC)を制御可能に供給するステップと、
前記電機子コイルのうちの1又は複数にDCを制御可能に供給し、それによって、前記固定子導体と相互作用する1又は複数の磁界を発生させると共に前記固定子導体に対する前記1又は複数の磁界の向きを変化させ、それによって、前記固定子に対する、1又は複数の垂直軸の周りにおける前記電機子の所望の回転を発生させるステップと、
