図5〜図7を参照して、磁界発生装置10では、磁界発生部16a,16bを回転させることによって目標位置Pにおける磁界の向きを制御する。なお、図5〜図7には磁界発生部16a,16bのみを示す。
Claims (9)
- 複数の磁極が形成される一方主面をそれぞれ有しかつ互いの前記一方主面が空隙を介して平行に対向するように同軸上に配置される一対の磁界発生部を用い、前記一対の磁界発生部によって発生される磁界のうち前記一対の磁界発生部に挟まれかつ前記一方主面に平行な所定平面上の目標位置における磁界を制御するための磁界制御方法であって、
前記一対の磁界発生部をそれぞれ周方向の同方向に同角度で回転させることによって、前記目標位置における磁界の向きを前記所定平面上で変更する工程、および
一方の前記磁界発生部の前記磁極と他方の前記磁界発生部の前記磁極との位置関係を変更するように前記一対の磁界発生部の少なくともいずれか一方を前記周方向に回転させることによって、前記目標位置における磁界の向きの前記所定平面に対する傾きを変更する工程を備える、磁界制御方法。 - 前記一対の磁界発生部と前記目標位置との相対的な位置関係を変更することによって、前記目標位置における磁界の向きを維持したまま前記目標位置における磁界の強度を変更する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の磁界制御方法。
- 複数の磁極が形成される一方主面をそれぞれ有しかつ互いの前記一方主面が空隙を介して平行に対向するように同軸上に配置される一対の磁界発生部、および
前記一対の磁界発生部によって発生される磁界のうち前記一対の磁界発生部に挟まれかつ前記一方主面に平行な所定平面上の目標位置における磁界の向きを変更するために、前記一対の磁界発生部をそれぞれ周方向に回転させる回転手段を備える、磁界発生装置。 - 前記目標位置における磁界の強度を変更するために、前記一対の磁界発生部をそれぞれ前記所定平面に平行な方向の同方向に同距離で移動させる移動手段をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の磁界発生装置。
- 前記一対の磁界発生部の少なくともいずれか一方は前記一方主面の反対側に他方主面を有し、
前記他方主面に設けられる磁性体をさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載の磁界発生装置。 - 前記一対の磁界発生部の少なくともいずれか一方の前記一方主面の外形は円形である、請求項3または4に記載の磁界発生装置。
- 前記一対の磁界発生部の少なくともいずれか一方の前記一方主面には2つの前記磁極が形成される、請求項3または4に記載の磁界発生装置。
- 前記一対の磁界発生部の少なくともいずれか一方は1つの永久磁石によって構成される、請求項3または4に記載の磁界発生装置。
- 前記一対の磁界発生部の少なくともいずれか一方は複数の永久磁石と前記複数の永久磁石を保持する保持部材とによって構成される、請求項3または4に記載の磁界発生装置。
