Claims (5)
- 全血試料を回収および処理するためのサンプリングチューブであって、該サンプリングチューブは該全血試料の特異的溶血のための試薬を含み、該特異的溶血のための試薬は塩および抗凝固剤を含み、該塩はKBr;KJ;KSCN、またはカチオン
(式中、mは0または1、nは4または6である)
の1つ以上ならびにクロライド、テトラフルオロボレート、オクチルスルフェート、ヨウ化物および/またはチオシアネートから選択されるアニオンの1つ以上からなる塩から選択され、該サンプリングチューブがすぐ使用でき、かつ使い捨てのサンプリングチューブであり、溶血物、即ち、生理学的食塩水中に1:10で希釈され、該特異的溶血のための試薬と1:1で混合された血液試料の10μLの50アリコートが、2mmの直径および0.5μmの孔径を有するHPLCシステムのフィルターにフィルターをふさがずに適用できる場合に該特異的溶血が存在する、サンプリングチューブ。 - 前記特異的溶血のための試薬が赤血球の細胞膜の溶解を生じ、同時に試料成分の沈殿を生じない、請求項1記載のサンプリングチューブ。
- 前記特異的溶血のための試薬がプロテアーゼインヒビターをさらに含む、請求項1または2記載のサンプリングチューブ。
- 液体クロマトグラフィーのための全血試料の処理における請求項1〜3記載のサンプリングチューブの使用。
- 液体クロマトグラフィー系分析における、請求項1〜3いずれかに記載のサンプリングチューブ内での特異的溶血によって得られた処理血液試料の使用。
